Despite the remarkable growth, Mr. Sparrow remains a hands-on owner and takes pride in local ownership.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value STAY AWAY! I will never be caught dead dealing with this company again. The employees are complete air heads. I had a complaint and the OWNER basically said it doesn't matter what complaints I had. Completely unprofessional, complete disregard for other HUMAN BEINGS, still pretty angry a few days later. VERY VERY ANGRY STILL

We hired 1st call cleaning about a year ago after having horrible experience with 2 other cleaning agencies. We finally found a company that truly represents how much they value what they do. Very quick responses, great customer service and attentive on the job. They take immediate action if there is ever a complaint, and will have a supervisor check on sight to insure their employees are following through with their training. We haven't had one major complaint since they have taken over cleaning our office. We can rely on 1st calling to provide high quality cleaning services always!
