Very unprofessional company. I would avoid them. I called last week for a simple visit to obtain a quote for an installation of outlet in crawlspace, the lady said somebody would be out today, and the electrician was a no show. I called to see what was happening and nobody would pick up the phone - They instead decided it's appropriate to hang up on customers. I called several times and they did this repeatedly. I called Aurora (another company) and got courteous service and a new appointment immediately.

Excellent Service was provided by Caleb this morning. He was on time, professional and very courteous! He replaced approx 9 or 10 outlets that were loose and worn out and the switchplates in record time and he cleaned up everything (which doesn't always happen). Caleb is an absolute asset to Tidal Electrical Services and I won't hesitate in calling them for any future electrical needs.

I called Tidal December of 2020 to check our generator that stopped working during the snow storm. We were told that it is in good working condition. I paid $372.56 and the technician said that it's for the yearly contract. So come March, another cold weather condition, the generator did not work again. A technician was called, came and said that the Generator is dead! 3 months after we were told it is in great condition. I paid 234.85. This company is hideous! They lie and just want your money. Very untruthful!

Great service! Caleb went above and beyond to correct my light switches. When a problem arose, he troubleshooted and called another technician for advice. He was determined to correct the problem at all costs. AND DID! I thanked him for his exceptional due diligence. Give this young man a raise and promotion! Strong work! My appointment with Tidal Electric was scheduled for Monday. However, an emergency outage demanded attention on the Friday before the appointment could take place. The response to my request was timely, professional and much appreciated. I received assurance this would not happen again.it did not occur again. Monday's appointment was kept and all has been working as it should. Thanks to Julian and Jerry the electricians that serviced my home. Thanks Tidal, you are my go to provider for electrical needs.

My husband and I made many calls and Tidal was the only one who wasn't trying to rip us off and was very timely in getting the job done. I ask one place when they would come and never got a answer. Tidal answered us immediately. They got the job done the same day and might I add fast and cheap compared to other quotes. I would definitely suggest using them for your electrical needs.
We were burning up at 92 in our home yesterday and this evening the house is cool. Thanks for your quick work I didn't have to sweat cooking tonight due to our new plug for our new air unit we bought and didn't have right outlet or breaker type. Thanks for a job well done.

I do NOT recommend this electrical company at ALL! First off, the boss guy came out on Monday to see what was needed to install our pool's new salt generator and said he would write up a quote and e-mail us later that day and then come out on Wednesday if we were interested. Well, we didn't get the quote until Wednesday and then he couldn't come out until Friday at 2pm. Turns out it wasn't even the boss guy who was going to do the work, it was some other guy who shows up 3 hours later than scheduled. (Which I understand other jobs run over, but we received no phone call of him being late or anything, and it completely ruined other apts and things we had planned). Anyways, the late guy asked where we wanted the electrical salt system installed and we said on the exterior wall near the pool pump and he wanted to check and make sure he had enough wire and supplies to run it 5 feet from the pump to the house and after checking all his stuff, he said he did.
After drilling the system onto our house he says "Ummmmmm, we have a big problem". (And what customer wants to hear that?!) He said that the boss guy wrote a quote to have the system installed 3 feet closer to the pool pump hanging on our deck railing (dumbest location ever to install an electrical box and the exact installation location was never decided with the boss guy to begin with) and that he didn't have enough wire to install it on the wall and it would cost us more and he probably couldn't even do it today.
My thought was "didn't you check if you had enough wire BEFORE you drilled into the side of our house!". Long story short, the guy really didn't seem to know what was going on or what he was doing, the boss guy had to go buy more wire for him and come out himself and show the late guy how to install everything and we had to pay $50 more than expected (total was a $227 fee to hook up a salt generator, ridiculous!) and what we were told would take AT MOST 1.5 hours took about 5+ hours of our time standing around waiting on this guy to arrive and figure out what to do. The boss guys seems to know his stuff so I don't understand why he sent out this one guy who doesn't seem to know WTF he's doing!
