The biggest thing that earned a 5 star review right off the bat was his Covid safety consciousness. Carl, one of the longtime electricians for the Miller and Miller company has recently bought the company from the Millers and has continued to maintain their high quality work. Before Carl even knew all the details of the job, he was able to give a good estimate of the type and amount of work over phone/text. Carl showed up right when he said he would and was able to complete the work in short time once he was able to get his hands on the outlets we were having moved and removed.

He showed his vast experience by being able to diagnose how the circuit was laid out very quickly and get the job done fast. This was the first time we used Miller and Miller and I will definitely go back to them in the future.

I attempted a DIY electrical job with 3 way light switches and ended up blowing a fuse. Dale Miller came to the rescue and replaced the fuse and installed the light switches correctly. It was second time us using Miller & Miller. Carl came both times. He is awesome. I don't know how he goes under the crawl space and does all that hard work and still continues to smile. He fixed a burnt fuse or something under the house. And then he installed an electric charger for our car outside. Both times great service, professional and with a smile. Thank you!

Mr. Miller took 3 minutes to diagnose the problem with the outlets, then fixed them immediately (one of the wires had gotten damaged inside). He then rebuilt an outlet bracket so a light fixture would hang straight (it was crooked). Professional, responsive, focused on quality. Excellent work. We've had Carl out to our house for a handful of jobs over the years and he's always punctual, professional, and does great work. Always appreciated this company. Once when they were physically not able to come out, they helped me troubleshoot my issue and solve it over the phone. Gail is always great on the phone. Today Carl came out and did a quick and efficient fix on a small problem for a fair price. He was very professional, punctual, and friendly. So, Miller and Miller came out yesterday. It was $159 for the hour. Carl was the technician and Dale stopped by as well. Carl did an excellent job. He was professional, polite, and knew what he was doing. He fixed our main problem and then was able to fix an additional lighting issue within the same hour. I would highly recommend them, and we will use them again next time we have an electrical issue.

I used Dale for a smaller electric job, meeting him for the first time. I was was very impressed. Dale is a true professional. Very responsive with excellent follow-up. I then had a bigger lighting job and turned right back to Dale. I had a few schedule changes that he was terrific at re-scheduling and he was very through and fair. Dale was out of town when my job started but we did not miss a beat with Carl. Carl is also a true professional, knowledgeable and diligent. We needed some basic work done on our breaker-box and some GFCI outlets. Based on the recommendations here I called Miller & Miller. Gale and Dale on the phone were very helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. Carl came out and was awesome. He showed me what was going on and made some recommendations to take care of it. He had it all done in less than an hour.

These folks were 5 stars from the very start. I located them on Angie's List and my initial call was received by a friendly person (Gail) willing to help. Meeting my needs was everyone's concern. An appointment was made in a timely manner, the electrician (Joe) called when he said he'd call and was on time for the appointment.

I had two relatively minor electrical problems. Gail scheduled me two days out, Joe called prior to arriving, arrived on time, and made the repairs efficiently and completely.

The first one in September 2015 was an extensive renovation of our older home to replace the existing 200 amp service to 400 amp service in order to install a charger in the garage for an electric vehicle. They also traced out, arranged and labeled all the circuits on the panel so we now know where everything is.
