I talked with someone on the phone and explained what I needed done. I was told I'd get a return call in 5-10 minutes to set up a time for an estimate. Half hr later I left a voicemail that I was still waiting for their call. I never heard from them again. Reliability is a big thing to me, and I wouldn't trust or use a company that doesn't follow through. ------------------- They returned my call finally and explained that a tech had answered the phone after hours and wasn't supposed to give me a call back time. So they followed through and explained what went wrong.

First I want to say how professional Jack was from the first phone call to coming out to my home. I don't understand electricity but Jack was patient and explained everything throughly and the price was just right. After the work was done, he cleans up the mess and left the room clean. The receptionist who answered the phone call was polite, friendly & helpful. I called several companies prior and just got an answering machine. They never called back even after the job was finished here. Jack came as promised on time. He replaced the breaker switch that had broke and checked my light switch inside. Simple & Fast. Good job!

You WILL be completely SATISFIED! Technical, Affordable, and Professional! They have affordable prices, great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and easy payment options. We live in a condominium and OCA Electrical was able to perform all of the work we wanted, even without the property wiring diagrams. We were able to pay the invoice online with credit card or a bank account online.
It was easy to setup an estimate and schedule the work. They were always on time and cleaned up after their work. Jack was our contract manager. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. He delivered everything we asked for and more.

These guys are the very best in the business! When I bought my new house, I needed an upgrade on all the electrical, from indoor and outdoor lights to the outlets as well as the electrical panel. They removed all the old ceiling fans and replaced them with energy efficient and state of the art LEDs in every room. changed the old outdoor sensor lights (that were hit or miss on working) and put bright LED spotlights to illuminate the driveway and backyard. Very efficient and friendly workers as well as service! I'll definitely be using them for future work and would highly recommend their services.

Ara is the best. He is always willing to help when I have an electrical issue. He also introduced me to Jack on a job of ours. Jack and Ara resolved the issue quickly and were very courteous with letting us know our options and what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. We installed a Jacuzzi at our house and after hiring 2 different electrician we were referred to OCA. When you're in a situation where 2 professionals can't figure it out you start freaking out. So once Jack came out and checked all the wiring and control panels he started to do his magic. First he explained to us that it's not common that electricians work on Jacuzzis all the time and said don't blame the electrician which was very nice and professional of him.
He also read the owners manual and figured the problem out. He explained everything A-Z and got the Jacuzzi to work. I will refer anyone I know to OCA and make sure people don't waste there time and money. Thank you!

OCA Electrical met my expectations and went above and beyond. I have called them to get a quote to install a security camera and an outdoor outlet. Communication was excellent, and they showed up for an estimate THE SAME DAY. The guys, Ara and Benjamin showed up on time the day we arranged to meet and they were both very professional and efficient. They've been very respectful of my place cleaning up and vacuum themselves.
They even patched the hole they made in the wall. (And they were not supposed to do that!) I was very happy. Their prices were very reasonable too. I would recommend them to anyone that need electrical work done and I certainly will be using them again in the future.

I found OCA Electrical through Yelp and they were right. I have been very hesitant in hiring an electrician online but Jack gave me a very reasonable quote for the job. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and accommodating. They even called a week later to see if everything was ok. Would use them again.

I was having electrical issues with my electrical panel at my business, just like the name ONE CALL AWAY (OCA). Jack was that my door within a few hours to solve the issue. He was so knowledgeable and detailed about what he need to do to get everything working again, he took his time fixed the problem. After waiting patiently for my home warranty insurance to come through for 2 months, I finally gave up on waiting for them and call Oca. Thankfully I was referred to oca & would highly recommend them. They did my repair in less than an hour. They came out gave me a free quote & were back the next day & completed the work.
