I've hired USA Electric twice, the first time was in an emergency to replace bad switches in my electric panel, the second time was a few years later to replace that panel completely in order to install an EV charger. Both times the work was efficient, with competitive pricing that didn't exceed the original quote. They really know their stuff, they take the time to explain the work and provide updates, and they worked to resolve quirks that come with an old house. Super happy and will go back to them again!

Jeremy at USA Electric does great work. He should start his own company and leave these busters high and dry. The billing and customer service departments (the owners) are extremely lacking. They charge different rates for the same work - had ceiling fan installed for 350 before, now trying to charge 500. Mind you, I've spent thousands with them already.

They try to dispute this and give alternative facts saying it's "different" work without realizing that I have photo evidence of their prior work. Their inability to be consistent, transparent and ethical leaves me no other choice. I'm doing a home renovation - any other electricians out there that would like my business?

Honest and professional! Had Kenny And Brian come out to my home to swap out my old Zinsco panel. These guys know their work. The whole process was done in less then a day, and now I have a new updated panel. When the inspector came out, I asked if everything is ok, and he raved about the great job they did! I am happy I hired them.

USA Electric was on time and delivered mot only what was expected but offered to provide any additional electrical services I may have required while they were on site. David and Ron are the best! They provided a service above and beyond and did more than what was required. They installed lights and junction box on a high ceiling. Second experience with USA Electric, we were so happy the first time they were our first call again. Many years ago we moved into an old apartment in WeHo with ancient and badly wired cloth wiring and had power issues immediately. After failed attempts by our landlord's "electrician friend" to resolve it we were given a green light to call someone else and found USA Electric via google.

Great decision. Our tech came quickly, tested EVERYTHING in the apartment, called out all the problems specifically and explained various options of repair we could pursue. We gladly got the green light from the landlord to go ahead and fully update and replace the panel and we felt safe and had no issues with it after for nearly 10 years. Recently we moved to a new old house and needed a number of things updated and fixed so called USA Electric immediately.

This technician came out as scheduled promptly, listened to everything and advised what he thought needed attention as well as work that I could avoid for now and consider down the road. No upselling at all. He worked quick and managed to fix and install all the things we needed seamlessly. Couldn't be happier. Don't know how their prices compare - but I appreciate that they were forthright, quoted accurately and did good work. Thumbs up.

Jeremy arrived promptly on time and took care of the recess lighting installation all by himself and finished on time. The mess was minimal and all his recomendations made everything look perfect. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and work ethic.

There was a tiny hairline crack on my ceiling that occurred during the installation but they immediately agreed to repair the minor damage.which to me shows excellent customer service. Excellent, fast service! Responded quickly to our issue and helped resolve it in a timely manner. Our office needed an exhaust fan replaced and Kenny completed the job very quickly. He was super nice and helpful, and even went to pick up the part we needed that same day so we could get our bathroom up and running quickly. This is by far the most deserved Five Star rating a company can earn. They showed up on time. Fixed the problem quick. Charged me way less than I expected to pay. I was told by another electrician that I needed a house rewire. That turned out to be bogus information. My problem was fixed for 285 bucks and not the several grand I would have paid for a rewire that wasn't necessary.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonably priced and completed work in a timely fashion. Very helpful and friendly. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and why. He gave us several options on how to complete the work and gave us the pros and cons of each.

Five stars it not high enough a rating for this company. I was left without power and in dangerous situation our main panel was sparking. The electrician came immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem.
