Hello I'm Corey Kruse owner of Integrity 1st Roofing & Exteriors and I'd be glad to tell you a bit about myself and my company. I've been in the roofing industry for the last 14 years. I got my start by doing residential maintenance and soon moved on to work for a general contractor working on million dollar homes in the Middle Tennessee area.Integrity 1st was started initially as a side business but because of the number of referrals I kept receiving the business soon became a full time venture. The name integrity was chosen as a constant reminder of how I want to make sure my customers are treated, with integrity.

My 1965 Ranch home in Park Manor Estates in Murfreesboro Tennessee needed a new roof, as my three tab shingles from 2003 were worn out. We also suspected delamination in the decking. Corey was very upfront and honest and we made a decision once his guys remove the old shingles we ended up pulling up and replacing half the roof decking, 85 sheets of half-inch plywood.
The other half of the roof had already been re-deck before from the previous roof installation they just did not nail down the plywood down good enough So his guys were able to re nail And salvage half of the roof decking. Corey's crew was on time every morning and showed up the day they told me they would be there and they did an excellent job installing the drip edge perfectly reflashing my chimney and laying all the shingles in perfectly straight lines and cutting the hips and valleys straight as an arrow unlike most roofing companies. Integrity first was a little more expensive than the other companies I price shopped, but I'm very happy with their work. you get what you pay for with Roofing like any other trade. Lastly his guys cleaned up like they were never there after the job was over!

My roof needed to be replaced so I called around and eventually landed on Integrity First to do the job. I am so glad I did. Going in, I thought a roof is a roof, is a roof, right? How different could it be from one contractor to the next? They went so far above and beyond making sure the job was right, and painting some old flashings, and cleaning up, stuff they never told me they would do The Clean up! Oh my gosh, they did such a good job cleaning up. I can't find a single nail or piece of wood anywhere. I couldn't recommend anyone any more than I recommend these guys.

Great Roofing. After using another local roofer to replace our roof from storm damage, we ended up with nothing but problems. Integrity First came in and repaired the damage the other roofer left behind at a reasonable cost. I had to speak to receptionist several times throughout the process, and she is very friendly and always returns calls. Both the individual who came to give the quote as well as the individual who actually did the work were both nice and professional.
I paid for the work AFTER it was finished, and I approved. I would recommend this company to anyone for good service at a reasonable price. The individuals who work here excel at customer service!
