Professional Roofers responded to my minor repair with the same level and care of professionalism as an entire roof replacement. Birds had chewed away at my soffit vents and made a nest inside the eaves. Aside from the annoyance of birds in my house and the damage they caused it can be a health hazard. They responded quickly and kept me involved the entire time. 5 stars for professionalism and quality of service.

Professional Roofers did a great job on one of our rental properties in Nashville. With us not being local, they stayed in communication with us, letting us know when they would do the work. They emailed a detailed list of when they would drop off materials and how our tenants should prepare for the work. They did a great job and can't wait to see it in person!

When the storm came through last May, there was enough damage that the entire roof needed replaced. A majority of the roofs in our neighborhood needed work. Professional Roofers Inc. had the work quoted, scheduled and completed within 2 weeks while most of the neighborhood was still waiting for quotes. Professional Roofers has been a pleasure to work with. The business I work with had to take 3 bids for a roof installation (TPO to be exact). There price was 10K dollars below the next lowest bid. They were very expedient and were completed from start to finish in 4 days. That is with materials being delivered. They kept us in the loop by providing a very detailed quote and 2nd to none on the warranty.

He explained everything that was going to happen and if you had a question, he was more than happy to answer it for me. It was time for a new roof and I shopped several companies. I hired Professional Roofers Inc in Franklin, TN. Their representative, Jason, showed up promptly as promised. He immediately gave me paperwork from his company explaining all that they offer, all the way down to copies of their insurance credentials to cover workers on my property. On the day of the job itself, the guys arrived early and covered all of our landscaping and lawn area with tarp to catch all of the debris.

Our home took two days to roof and they worked non-stop for those two days. Upon completion, it was hardly evident that they had even been there, except for a perfectly installed roof. Jason returned to the home to make sure that we were pleased with the work and to make sure it met with his standards also. This company is easy to work with, communicates well, and leaves you with an outstanding product. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I found Professional Roofers on Angie's List™ and called them. Doug was thorough, prompt and he really educated me about roof replacement on the day of the estimate. When they came out to repair my roof, the crew was thorough and quicker than I anticipated. My new roof looks great and the clean up after the job was complete.

They did a great job. We paid $2,500 and the insurance paid the rest. We didn't find any nails left over from the job. There was no mess and it was very orderly after the job was complete. They finished the job when they said they would. Our insurance person recommended them and they were good. They were very professional and we would use them again.

Professional Roofers estimated the work for a rental property I own. We agreed on a work and payment date. They called and asked if they could do the work earlier than originally scheduled because of an open date. I agreed and they did not request early payment, but stuck to the originally agreed pay date. The job was done well.

I called Professional Roofers on Friday and they called me the following Tuesday. We agreed to have them come out to look at my roof's leak problem. The contractors came as promised on Wednesday and were able to diagnose and repair the corner flashing that day. I knew the price up front and agreed to the work. The contractors took pictures of the area and showed me where it was fixed.

Javier came to fix a potential leak on my roof and did an excellent job. He inspected my entire roof and did a few additional repairs as was needed. I was treated very well.
