Quality Exteriors was a pleasure to work with. Everyone from the office staff, the management, & the field guys were all very professional and they did a great job on my roof. Franklin (Project Manager) helped me battle the low-balling from my insurance and I believe I made out the best I possibly could given the mediocre insurance plan I have. I would highly recommend QE to anybody needing roof work done.

Jaime Westenbarger helped us from beginning to end of project.made time to meet with adjuster. Brought good variety of shingle samples for preview. and kept us fully informed at all times about timing of roof installation and gutter repair! The roofers and site manager did a GREAT JOB! Blake Pugh is the man for the job! Not only was he punctual but very respectful when entering my home and was very informative on what he was doing and took the time to look at everything I had questions about and more that I didn't see! He also helped me with going through our insurance company and met with the adjuster that came out to make sure everything was noted correctly and nothing was missed. 5 stars is well deserved!

They worked with my insurance company which was extremely helpful because it can get very stressful and confusing when dealing with insurance companies. Wanted to THANK Quality Exteriors and staff for the awesome job they did on my home. I had extensive storm damage to my roof, gutters, and had water coming in and they responded expeditiously and took over from there from tarping my roof to replacing my roof and gutters to cleaning up and drying out the inside of my home and make sure everything was fixed back to my satisfaction. Our new house needed a roof leak repair and our agent highly recommended Jamie and Quality Exteriors. Jamie inspected our roof and gave us options for repair and replacement of a 12 year old roof. We decided to replace our roof and the price, service and installation went great. Jamie has also been very responsive for other questions and when our plumbing started leaking on a rainy day was ready to send his team to make sure the roof was still solid.

I had a very small repair that was needed, during covid shut downs. I was not able to afford the repair and Quality Exteriors quoted me a less than average price. When billed, it was for the higher amount. Once I spoke to the correct person, they resolved the billing issue. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Quality work and Customer Service with solid follow through.

Jaimie and his crew were awesome. My husband is very particular about his yard and the crew took very good care of shrubs and lawn and left nothing behind once job finished. Contemplating the current construction environment in Middle-Tennessee, I felt confident that Lowe's, in conjunction with their selected roofing sub-contractor, was as wise a choice as I could make. It appears that the actual roofing company proved to be outstanding in both administration and application of our selected products. It is worth mentioning that the quality of the laborers and their functions, was as good as I've seen during my most active years participating in the construction arts myself. I don't see any better in our area! I'd use them again!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Franklin Hammond. He made the entire process an actual pleasant experience. No stress, no surprises. went above and beyond just a shingle replacement. He even rust coated my chimney cap, (for a modest charge) redid my squirrel barrier, painted exposed trim piece.(no additional charges). ensured the ridge and eave venting were done properly. We also had screening installed to our gutters at an affordable rate Always immediate responses to my calls. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am so IMPRESSED and AMAZED at the service. One week my husband and I got the insurance to approve it and the next week it was finished. They said they would be here at 7am. At 645 they started showing up. At. 7am they started working and by 1030am they were finished and cleaned everything up and had us an AMAZING new roof!
