Anthony installed a new system for us last month and it was the most seamless process! Anthony and Talitha are straightforward and honest about all needed maintenance, and very quick to respond. I'd recommend them to anyone needing air conditioner repair, service, or replacement!

Highest recommendation! High quality Installation, courteous customer service, reasonable cost, and very knowledgeable. Anthony offered less expensive repairs first. He replaced my old HVAC unit with a more energy efficient one, including rebuilding the base the air handler sits on in the attic. Then diagnosed and adjusted my other unit to run more efficiently.

They also replaced my aging and leaking attic duct work with insulated ducts for both of the attic units and installed a new programmable thermostat. Overall my power bill was cut in half! Love this family owned business!

Called to set up an appt for someone to come out and give a quote to replace my AC/Heat Pump that's 23 years old. The phone rang for quite a few rings before voicemail finally picked up. I left a detailed message with my name, address, phone #, reason for call, and when I was available for an appointment. 6 days later still haven't received a call back. Called another company, an actual person answered and I had a visit and quote the next day.

Antrim Air is great! Antrim has a level of professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic that I haven't found in a lot of service providers. Antrim has been providing annual service check ups for several years and recently replaced two units. Antrim is always very responsive if there is an issue with my system and they work hard to get it done right. I would recommend Antrim to anyone.

We have been using Antrim for approximately 7 or 8 years. Anthony does very good work and is quick to respond to our needs. He recently replaced our air conditioning/heating unit and thermostat. We had to wait four months for Trane to ship the new unit, but Anthony provided us with an alternate unit until the new one arrived. Not too many companies would have done that. I had my AC go out over the weekend and called around and had another company come out. The company said I had so many issues to list they wouldn't recommend fixing the blower motor(which was fine) and condenser fan and to just replace the whole unit. That company quoted me insane prices to get it up and running but was able to happily schedule me a new replacement and after a few google searches I declined. Luckily I have parents near by that I could stay at their house.

I had a few other company's say they were fully booked or weren't willing to climb the ladder on my condo to get to the top. I was referred to Antrim by a family member and called first thing on Monday at 8AM. By 9AM Sergio was at my place and climbing on top of my condo. For some weird chance, the condenser fan started working again and Sergio was very upfront and said he wouldn't recommend replacing unless I wanted to.

I decided to replace just in case the fan stopped working again. Sergio got to work immediately without hesitation, carrying tools and everything up to the roof got to work. In less than an hour he was done and my ac blowing cold again. Where 6 or 7 other companies failed, Antrim and Sergio excelled. I can firmly say I will trust Antrim first for any needs I'll have for ac service/repair/replacement. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy company that won't scam you in the middle of the summer just give Antrim a call, they are good people.

We have used Antrim several times for repairs and they have always been quick to take care of us. When we decided to replace the whole system, we compared the prices between Antrim and a deal with Costco, and found Antrim to be the better priced system. The installation was punctual and professionally done. And when they ran in to some unforeseen issues in my attic that made things much more difficult for them, they still handled it professionally and put everything back as it was before they started.

We had our nursery room on a corner of the house and it was always the hottest room. As part of the install, Anthony said he could optimize the ducting to increase the air flow to that room. The nursery is much better now, and matches whatever temperature we have the house set at. We recommend Antrim to anybody that asks, and will continue to do so. The service is worth it.

I am very pleased with how quick they are to respond to my AC needs. With an aging AC system (28 years old), I had two separate issues with our AC system in one week. I'm kinda bummed that I haven't taken the time to review Antrim before. I've been using Antrim for several years now. They are EVERYTHING you can possibly ask for from an AC company. Friendly on the phone? Hell yes. Prompt in returning phone calls? You're damn right! Fair and honest? 100% on both accounts. Not only do they care but if they are fully booked they'll actually give references for another company or two that might be able to help.

I recently had my a/c unit replaced by Antrim Air and normally don't leave reviews. But they did such a fabulous job that I really wanted to share my experience. I have been a long time customer and they have always been awesome to deal with. Whenever we have had issues with our very old unit they were extremely responsive and always fixed the problem quickly.

They worked with us the last 2 year's to keep our unit working until we were able to replace it. The installation was not easy and it was very hot but the team, yes team, at Antrim was wonderful and diligently worked to get it done in one day so we were again comfortable. If you have any reservations about this company I can personally tell you they are very professional, courteous and really care about their clients. You can't go wrong with them. I am a loyal forever customer.

Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and we were amazed Antrim was able to send someone within the hour during the 115+ heatwave. Our guy was professional, courteous & explained the work he did. After the replacement part was installed, our inside temp was back to normal within an hour. We love supporting veteran-owned & locally owned businesses.

Antrim Air was great to work with for both the AC maintenance and installation. They gave me great information to make a decision on what I needed to do with my old unit. They did some research to help ease my concerns with refrigerant getting phased out. They worked with my tenant on timing allowing me to not have to be a middle man. Great quality, good advice and fair price. I highly recommend them and will use their services again on other properties.

I would recommend this company to anyone. To start, we had three companies come out and provide a quote. Antrim is the only company that provided a quote with the line items we discussed. Our first impression was the attention to detail. They offered ways to provide savings and gave honest opinions. They came and did the duct work first. They cleaned up all the insulation with a vacuum and even wiped walls.

They noticed damage on my floor and asked if they did it. I explained it was the dogs, but I was impressed how clean and considerate of our home they were. They called and said they couldn't install our AC as scheduled since I couldn't get the parts yet. The next day we received a call back and actually had out install date two days earlier! Billing was responsive and clear.

We ended up using our existing air vent plates (I am sure I am not using the right term), so they adjusted the invoice to remove that price. I don't spend time writing many reviews, but this business deserves your attention. :)

Thank you for such quick response on a holiday weekend. I have been a customer of Antrim Air for over 8 years. They are a honest reliable customer oriented company with very competitive prices. They offer senior citizen and veteran discounts. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Antrim took all of the trouble out of getting a new A/C. I used Antrim to service my old unit. Over the years, they always recommended reasonable repairs and maintenance. When Antrim recommended a new unit, I could trust their opinion. I was provided a list of options for equipment and financing. I liked that it was 5-6 options. So a good selection, but not overwhelming.

I had questions about both. Talitha helped me understand sizes, likely return on investment, efficiency, and speed. The installation was quick. Anthony and his team were on time and communicated well. Wow! Everything is pristine. Fast forward two months. I love the unit. It's like a slight breeze. Happy with the variable speed. You can really feel the difference.

The technology is wonderful! Once we got the settings right, we have not had to touch it. Looking forward to lower AC bills! The work was expertly tailored to our needs and requests. Fast friendly service! Highly recommend. When I called because my AC went out for a project I'm working on they were a couple days out to get there which was fine. But they actually arrived the next day sooner than expected and fixed the problem right then and there and diagnosed some other issues that I wasn't aware of. Will use again

If you need professional and honest ac service, call Antrim Air. I purchased 2 Rheem ac units 7 years ago from a different ac company. The units are manufacturer warranted for 3 more years and the thought of replacing them after 7 years at the price point I spent was unthinkable. Both have been giving me issues this year. After speaking with at minimum ten different companies and because it was both units, I did some research and found that there was a class action lawsuit against Rheem for the coils in my unit, due to faulty material.

During this experience, I learned that there are many dishonest ac service companies. From the ten+ companies I spoke with, I had a company blatantly lie that my units were never registered and thus not under manufacturer warranty, one company said they simply had no idea what was wrong, one company wanted to fill with refrigerant even though they repaired nothing so it would just leak into the environment again (also refrigerant is not inexpensive), one company gave a quote about 30% higher then Antrim and called me the day before install, after knowing I had no ac for a week, to inform me the repair rate had gone up 2x.

After all this I was spent and literally wanted to give up when Talitha returned my call. I knew almost immediately this company was different. They are very responsive and caring. They go above and beyond to ensure you are prioritized (i.e. Requesting expedited part shipping as an example). They work to identify the root cause of the problem, fix it, and at a fair rate. No surprise costs. I highly recommend Antrim. Call them if your ac is on the brink. Call them if you need a new unit. You will not regret it.

Our service technician was Zach. He was efficient and thorough. He answered all my questions and never came across as uninformed or inexperienced. After his evaluation of our system; we needed to replace a condenser motor. I felt the price was fair and Zach provided wonderful service. Prior to selecting Antrim Air, LLC. We called five or six other locations Monday to get an idea on a standard service call for two units.

We also checked yelp reviews for the locations we called. All locations we called, including Antrim Air, LLC., told us the service fee would be waived if any repairs were required. However, they did not waive the whole service fee as informed Monday. After complaining and Zach calling in, they discounted the service fee. We feel mislead by their office staff and are uncertain if we would recommend or use them in the future.

Just had a brand new trane installed! Man it's awesome! Building cools down in no time and heats up just as fast. Great price and excellent service! Thank you to the Antrim team! Can't wait for an Arizona summer!

Our AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon mid August 100+ temp! I called one famous business to come and see what's wrong. They came on Sunday charged me for $420 capacitor and left! It didn't fix the AC, so I called them back now they wanted $916 for a fan! I was very upset and was talking with a friend when she told me she knows these great people who owns the business!

She referred me to Antrim Air business, Anthony came and changed the fan for $350! And told us we don't need a new unit! He saved us a lot of money and was super nice and professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

These people are the BEST! My a/c went down on Father's Day 2016. Arizona is experiencing a record setting heat wave with temperatures dangerously reaching 120 degrees! Antrim was referred to me, called them Monday morning and Anthony came out that same day and diagnosed my problem-needed a whole new unit! With 3 "fur babies" in my home we had to have a/c and fast!

I could not be more pleased with the service and results from Taps and Antrim Air. I have a commercial office building in Scottsdale under a "service" contract with another one of the big boys in AC. When they came out and told me I needed a completely new unit at about $5,000. I got a few other opinions and am I glad I did! The diagnosis and repair was done within two days at less than a third of the cost! It's adios to my old company - Antrum Air is my new AC service pro.

My A/C unit began acting up in July of last year. Tech came out several times trying to salvage my older unit on consecutive days. After exhausting what seems like everything he could think of, he recommended a new unit. Installation was set up quickly and went very smooth. I am very happy with the professionalism of Antrim Air. One always fears that some companies are just trying for a big sale, but I felt like the tech had my best interests in mind. I recommend Antrim Air to everyone now. Great Company!
