Have used Croffoot for over 12 years. Had an issue with our nine year system this week. Scheduled service call and learned blower needed part replaced. They anticipated the issue, had the part ordered and on hand, replaced, and tested. No charge as our ten year warranty still in effect. Pleasure working Croffoot.

Our old AC went out. Because of the slow down in parts, we wouldn't be able to get a new one for a few weeks. They put in a "loaner" to tie us over. AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! It kept us cool while we waited. Kirk and his crew put in our new one and all is well. Kirk has been doing this for 30 years. Very professional, experienced and explained everything. Susie in the office communicated with us all the time with updates. Definitely 5 stars and recommend them highly.

I have used Croffoot for all my HVAC repair and will recommend them every time I can. They do amazing work, take their time to make sure it's done right, and always show up when they say. That right there is 5 stars.bit there is more. They are honest and actually will not over charge. A few times I was presented with worst case scenario only to find out it was not that major and my quote went from thousands to only a hundred or so. I know as much about AC units as I do flapping my arms flying. So it's very important to me to have someone I can trust.

Croffoot did a repair on our A/C unit and then returned twice to adjust the vents so that all the rooms were cooled perfectly. Mason and Andy did an excellent job. We've used Croffoot for both replacement and repairs and couldn't be happier with their responsiveness, their knowledge, their customer service and their pricing. My husband is very very particular and has full confidence in their work and their staff. Susie returns calls quickly and efficiently and is a pleasure to work with. Today Andy came by to service our clogged condensation line, check out our other unit and put on a new grill on our outside unit as our roofing company damaged it during our recent reroof. Couldn't be happier with his work - and he took the time to patiently answer all my husbands questions! Great company, highly recommended!

We had a new AC put in a few years ago (not by Croffoot) and thought we were going see changes in our air issues. We did not and were disappointed that we could not get our house to cool down to where we wanted. Keeping it maintained at even 78 was difficult especially when there was a lot of people over or if it was 105+ outside. Some rooms would be at 78, others at 71, another at 83.

We had Croffoot come out to take a look at everything and they immediately recommended some duct changes. Andy showed and explained everything and it made complete sense. The price was extremely reasonable given how much it fixed our issues. Our thermostat was able to easily get and hold at 74 with outside temp at 113, which we couldnt even get to 77 with it running non stop before. Mason and his co-worker did an awesome job. Highly recommend getting them to check out if you are having similar problems.

After the nightmare companies the past few years my home warranty company sent me, I thankfully discovered Croffoot! Thank you Kirk, Susie and all!

I have used Croffoot Heating and A/C the past 2 Summers in an emergency situation to repair my A/C system. In both cases, they arrived within an hour of my phone call and quickly got our system up and running again. I was very impressed and appreciative! So when it came time to replace our aging A/C Heating system this last December, I really never considered anybody else that I wanted to do the job!

They gave me a fair price on a new 2-stage Trane system, which included a sizable manufacturers rebate. Kirk and his crew arrived right on time and went to work putting down tarps to protect the flooring. They replaced the A/C, Heating, and installed a new Smart thermostat that I had purchased. They completed the paperwork for registering my unit with Trane and submitted a nice rebate to SRP on our behalf.

After they left I went up into the attic to inspect the job they did and was "very pleased". The workmanship up there was exceptional, in an area most homeowners will never see. These guys are true professionals in every sense and exemplify hard work and old fashioned Customer Service! Couldn't be more pleased with their work, period!

I learned of Croffoot by multiple recommendations, all of which were positive. I received no special treatment or incentive by posting this review. We recently had Kirk come out and give us an estimate to replace our aging HVAC system. We bought the house back in July of 2020 and the home inspection showed that we would eventually have to deal with this so we opted to get it done before the summer heat set in. Kirk made it easy to understand what was needed, he explained options and answered all of our questions.

He provided us with a quote and we made our selection based on our needs along with some research online. It is a 5 Ton Trane 22 SEER Variable Speed System. Kirk and his crew arrived on time and got everything installed in about half a day. They respected our home, cleaned everything up and took all the old parts and pieces when they were done. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Susie, who is co-owner and Kirk's wife, a few times with questions and to process our SRP rebate, which we received in about 2 weeks. Since our installation, there are 5 other homeowners that are in the process of having systems installed by Croffoot. I fully trust Croffoot and I think you can too!

It's been years since I found Croffoot and hired them, and they are still the most incredible, honest, and BEST AC company in AZ to this day. I've had them work on several AC units at various homes to this point and just installed a new one at my rental, and the whole thing was perfect, as usual. Very impressive company and service. Since i am a licensed Architect, Structural Engineer and Civil Engineer in private practice for over 50 years and have experienced observing, instructing and even recovering for my clients from very bad to unqualified installations and service i can say that Croffoot Heating tops them all. Wow! I can't believe I haven't posted a review for these wonderful people yet. I have been using Croffoot for years. They are the best service people. From the time you call Susie and get started until the Technicians are finished you will never feel anything less than a truly valued customer. I have had them come out for routine maintenance and unfortunately had to have an emergency visit.

They show up in time for whatever time your appointment is and for the emergency visit they came right over. It was a pleasant surprise to have them come so quickly. I referred a friend and they took such great care of them too. I doubt you can find another company that does such great work at a great price and with such great service. I have been using Croffoot for a few years now. I highly recommend them. I called yesterday about an issue I was having with outside temps reaching 115 degrees. I spoke with Suzie and we ran through a few things and agreed that I would monitor overnight and call back Sunday at 9 AM. Suzie called me at 8:50 to check in. Still having issues so the owner Kirk was here by noon.

He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue and our house was cooling again by 1. I have also had Andy to the house for maintenance and repairs and have found them all to be incredibly honest and reputable. Kurt and Susie Croffoot run a business that is based on quality, integrity, and respect for the customer. I have used them on my home, rental property and business for years. In Arizona, sometimes, you get news you don't want to hear when it comes to your old AC system. It's so much easier when you trust the people you are counting on to get things fixed.

Our Air condition unit was serviced today by Andy and like always he was very courteous, got busy checking everything out in the attic and then cleaned and tested the outdoor unit. I was even called by Susie the office manager when Andy was on his way. We have used Croffoot for the past 3 years and plan to continue to use their services after moving to our new home. It's hard to find a Company that you can trust, but Croffoot is reliable, honest and trustworthy to do a thorough job at a fair price.

After having our annual tuneup and HVAC inspection before the summer, another vendor had informed us that our HVAC had a leak in the attic. That vendor also told us that we needed 5 to 10 pounds of refrigerant, which seemed odd since the system was still cooling. My neighbor recommended calling Croffoot Heating And Air - and I'm glad that we did! Andy arrived on time and was professional.

After inspecting in the attic, he confirmed there was a leak but that we needed much less refrigerant than previously told by the other vendor. He also gave us a quote to fix the leak that was half the cost of the other vendor. I would highly recommend Croffoot to anybody with HVAC needs. They are trustworthy and professional!

Kirk and Susie make a great team and are wonderful to work with. Our units (two AC/heating units and one heat pump) were ready to be replaced after 18 years of use. I recently used Croffoot for a annual service and tune up. The technician was pleasant and did a great job. He told me that my 30 year old system was actually in good shape instead of trying to sell me new equipment. I respect that and will continue to use Croffoot Heating and air.

Kirk and his wife Susie were a pleasure to deal with. They from the start made me feel really comfortable about price and not trying to gouge me for anything. I even expressed interest in doing some of the work myself and totally supported that and gave some pointers. They were extremely flexible and knowledgeable. I also really liked that Kirk came out and took a look at things once the crew finished up, it made me feel a lot more better that he put some eyes on the work as well.

The crew was awesome they got straight to work and didnt mess around. They even let me know that a package was delivered while they were completing their work. Its just a great local family business.

A wonderful, honest, reliable company with great people. Croffoot has been my go-to for years at all the houses I've lived in (and I've tried quite a few AC places in the valley). Susie and Kirk are absolutely wonderful - the best in the business. They stand behind their service and take great care of their customers. I just got a new AC unit at my house and they even sent me a rather large thank you gift bag, which is incredibly thoughtful. Who does that these days?! No one, that's why you should go here. So amazing. Called me back on a Sunday afternoon with a Monday appointment. Called me before they came. You can tell this is a family business and I'm glad to support them. I felt like a valued customer, which happens never!

I initially thought a spaceship was landing on my roof but it was just my AC unit making a weird noise. The AC unit started blowing warm air. Turned off the AC for the night and called Croffoot the next day. They had a tech at our house the same day. It cost $550 for a condenser motor and $618 total. I'm satisfied with the overall service. I would call them again. Hopefully not anytime soon

Kirk is honest and very knowledgeable about heating and AC concerns. When we were renting and the AC unit was broken, Kirk did everything in his power to help us minimize the cost of refilling the coolant every month or so and once we bought the property, he was really great in helping us get the right AC unit for our house.

Trustworthy, dependable, and honest. I initially had Precision Air come out. Precision quoted me $2600 in repairs for a noisy air blower and other issues. They also wanted me to buy their 4 yr service contract, clean and seal my ducts, which they do, and top up my insulation.
