There is a very dishonest man by the name of Keith Davis that works for this company. He has taken money from me and has completely stopped responding to my text and phone calls. He is scamming people through Texas Gun Trader online for firearms. I don't know what kind of company would hire such a low person. No integrity whatsoever. I hope he sees this too.

We are thrilled with our new roof, no more leak! Dan and his team are very professional. They respond quickly to both phone calls and emails. The team was able to install and clean up within two days.

3 stars - they honored the warrenty. Loss of 2 stars because it should have been repaired right when the roof was installed in 2019. Their sloppy work cost me an extra $2500 because Dan would not cover the stucco repair needed after the cjimney cricket and decking were replaced. If you get a quote besure they have looked at your roof from the attic, when possible.

I have a screw-down metal roof. Because of leaks, we had Capital City Roofing replace all our screws and washers with larger ones back in April 2017. They sealed all the gaps that needed it along the ridge line, installed and sealed a new chimney cap, installed and sealed new flashing around the chimney and replaced a new roofing panel near the chimney.

They sent Samuel, an actual crew chief (not a salesperson) to do the estimate and he coordinated a price while on site by phone with the assistant office manager, Alma Garcia. Alma is excellent to work with. The entire job cost us $3,300, including the chimney cap ($300) because it had to be a custom job. Today (8/7/17), we had our first measurable rain since then (yep, it's been that bad where we live) of 2+ inches. Not a single leak! Obviously, we highly recommend this company.

I had a small roof leak and contacted them for an estimate. The man (I think his name was Mark) forgot to call me when he was supposed to and showed up an hour late for the estimate. We figured something must have popped up, so we gave him a second chance and set up a date to come do the work but he never showed up!

Recently, Dan Malin responded quickly when we saw that we had a small leak after very heavy rains here in Austin. Our roof, installed by Dan's company, is 7 years old and one of the screws had come lose on a vent. He came out the same day and fixed it at no charge, which we really appreciated since more heavy rain was on its way. When the rain hit today, no more leak! Great to know they stand by their work 7 years later! Thanks Dan!

We have used Capital City Roofing twice, first time was a full roof replacement on our old house and second time for a repair on a different home. Both times Mark did an outstanding job. Super friendly and honest guy in Plum Creek.

Allen is very knowledgeable about the roofing business and took a lot of time to explain the process of having my roof replaced when dealing with an insurance claim. He had adequate samples and a variety of colors for me to choose from. He handled all the insurance communications so that I did not have to. I'm a teacher and work long hours so it was really helpful to not have to be in charge of all of that.

He went above and beyond, even having his crew clean the overflowing gutters & trimming a tree close to the roofline for me! I will certainly recommend him to anyone! I was so thankful that I called him! It was all done within a couple of days and just so extremely easy!

Capital City Roofing did an excellent job on our roof after the 2015 hail storm in West Austin. Their estimate was detailed, their workers clean and pleasant to work with, they finished on time and took care of everything for us. Great customer service.
