Walked into the basement to find a pool of water around my water heater. Noticed the drain valve was dripping water. Called for a repair tech late in the day. They sent him out first thing the next morning. Arrived on time was super polite, masked and had boot covers for his boots. Diagnosed the plastic valve was leaking and replaced it with a brass one. Quick turnaround, on time and polite.

For my large older apartment complex in San Jose, Genmor plumbing replaced all the interior water lines and a lot of exterior in ground water lines to new copper lines. They also replaced the smaller sewer lines in the buildings and some outside main lines. to ABS. And took care of some other repairs needed in the buildings. Genaro, the boss, was working at the site with his crew most of the days under the buildings and in the units and keeps his crew on track. From the Betty in the office and Genaro on-site they were a great coordination team to get this difficult job done. I highly recommend Genmor plumbing for this type of work.

Extremely professional. They answered a late call when our faucet broke and we had to shut our water off. Even though the fix was complicated and it would take time, the technician made a temporary fix late in the night so we could have water and came back early next morning and fixed it. They did such a great job. We are so thankful we found Genmor plumbing.

Genaro arrived Sunday at 8am and in two non-stop hours of work fixed our broken water main just on our side of water meter box. He did this after hours-work at a fair price. I give him highest recommendation.

"Quality Service at Reasonable Prices" Genmor Plumbings motto should be changed to Exceptional Service at Incredibly Low Prices. Why do I say this, well we had leaky pipes in our multi-apartment complex, which consists of five floors. Between Genaro, the owner and Betty, their professionalism and communication skills; re-piping the entire building was simple and easy.

We ended up having them do additional work on top of re-piping such as R/R (Remove/Replace) sewer lines, toilets, and faucets. Their pricing is also very reasonable. You wouldn't know that they're based in San Jose because of their prompt and timely arrival everyday to the worksite in Concord! Look no further, your plumbing needs should be with Genmor Plumbing.

Genaro and his team took care of re-piping the entire house in 2-3 days along with water heater replacement. They replaced 60 yrs old galvanized steel pipes with high quality copper pipes. They did all the work with high quality and were very flexible to accommodate any changes as the work progressed. Genmor plumbing pricing is very reasonable. They will not beat a handyman price but you have to understand that they are not a local handyman but professional plumbers. Plumbing inspection went very well, only 1-2 minor comments and Genaro took care of it quickly. Genaro and his staff were very careful about the current COVID situation and always wore a mask while at work. This shows they care about their employees and also about their customers. I would highly recommend giving them a chance before you finalize your plumbing work.

We hired Genmor Plumbing to repipe our 50-year-old home in San Jose. The entire team did their job well. Genaro provided the initial estimate and he is honest and straightforward. Betty is very responsive and made sure everyone is kept in the loop. The plumbing crew did a great job and the inspection passed. The repipe was done 5 months ago and we have no issues at all. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

The owner, Genmor provide great service. I asked him to replace garbage disposal and some pipes lead to bath rooms' faucet. While they were fixing plumbings, they found an another big problem, but Genmor offered me a great price for fixing it. They even fixed some of small problems without charging. I am very satisfied with the workers' professional job and their polite manners.

I decided to go with Genmor plumbing for re-piping my 57 years old house. They did excellent job. The quote was reasonable and the whole staff was very professional. No issues in inspection. Very good experience overall.

I reached out to Genmor because my mom had her pipes installed with them. When the city came out to inspect, they asked her who did her pipes? She told them Genmor and the inspector stated, they did a great job. For my place, I not only had my pipes completely re piped but, had the shower heads in both bathrooms raised. I am super happy with they sealed up the walls even with the job after.

I also installed a water filter at the main. I can already fell a difference how my water feels to me. I love love it! They took their time, explained thoroughly to me the job. Also the sheetrock came out awesome. Would highly recommend them! :

I had a somewhat unique leak detection issue. I am on the HOA for my condo complex and one of our buildings in a shared water line which likely has pipe leak somewhere. I explained this to their customer service when I made the appointment. When their tech arrived, he told me he couldn't help me because it was a shared water line. He also had trouble understanding that I was not calling about the building I lived in, I needed help with the meter for a different building.

I took off work this afternoon to meet them at the complex. It ended up being a waste of my time. The company called me after I wrote this review. For what it is worth, the tech was friendly and the customer service was helpful. I am sure they are good in most cases, I just had a bad experience.

HIGHLY questionable. An acquaintance recommended the company to us, so we had high expectations heading in. Genaro, the owner of Genmor, personally went to our home to perform the inspection. After he came by the second time to do a couple measurements, I asked him to explain to me what the problem was, so that I could inform my home insurance agent.

He then had the audacity to tell me that he didn't know and asked ME to tell him what the issue was. um. excuse me, but I'm not the plumber here. I thought YOU were? Aren't you the one licensed in this? He promised he'd have a full report, documenting his inspection, but later contacted us and said that he "wasn't interested in doing the job anymore because we had told his assistant to cut contact with another contractor he'd been talking to". wait. what? what other contractor?

Who have you been talking to with regards to our home? Why is another contractor involved in this? His website states: "No subcontractors: Only licensed Genmor Plumbing, Inc. technicians work on your property. We do not sub out any of our jobs to third party contractors. You only receive high-quality service from our own in-house experts". Clearly you lack integrity, Genaro.

They did complete repiping of our house over a year back as a sub-contract via Repipe Specialist (which a total scam btw). This review was long due but here are some of the interesting highlights - - as soon as they entered the home, they found 4 things not on contract of "full Repipe" and asked for $750 extra. - when working in crawl space, they found horizontal pipes were already copper.

They quietly replaced copper pipes with copper pipes. - the stucco and patching is so poorly done, like a kid playing with grout. During our bathroom remodeling we found they did not seal it and rain water was leaking inside. - the whole thing failed two inspection and when I blocked payment for non completion of the work, the owner threatened me with a lien. - when I mentioned one bathroom shower to have a significantly lower pressure than another, the guy increased whole house pressure to 90psi.

The water sprinklers started spraying over the fence and took me two months before I figured that out. It is still slow in that bathroom. For such work, best to go into details and work with someone who actually does it himself.

Excellent Job.very professional, straight forward and honest people. Genero their boss is straight forward and does not Nickle and Dime. I got my kitchen relocated and renovated.some walls were dropped, 2 bathrooms were renovated.house was re-wired and recess lighting was added. It took 6-7 weeks. During the project.if Genero did not like certain things he changed it himself with out approaching me for additional monies except when the cost of materials was significant. Genero has a nice team. Abraham who was the main person doing the work was always smiling and was flexible to change things based on my suggestions. Leo the supervisor was always on the site on a very regular basis and understood my requirements well.

Again always smiling and joking. I would also like to say that during my project, Genero the boss went on vacation for 3 weeks, but that did not change the project course or quality. Leo the super managed the project and my expectations very well. I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL GENERO EVEN ONCE. After the work was completed and I moved in, there were a few minor tasks which were not completed and some required more material which had to be ordered.once all the drain pipes in kitchen and bathroom were blocked. Genero's team (especial mention to Betty who co-ordinates the work for Genero), sent a plumber who reached us in less 90 minutes to our house to fix the drains in another 90 minutes. Further.the few other issues/open tasks after we moved in were fixed promptly. Genero is very hands on and down to earth person and ready to engage and is realistic. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Genmor Plumbing performed a complete re-pipe on my entire home this May 2017. I selected them from 2 other good plumbing outfit but I chose Genmor because the owner took his time to answer all my stupid questions. He is very easy pleasant to talk to. His entire crew from the call center and to all his plumbers and wall finishers are very professional and friendly. Genmor was recommended by one of my long time neighbor because he had his house done about 8 years ago.

He was also very happy with the job they performed at his house. The whole crew was very prompt and ready to go. I was very impressed that they had all my plumbing torn down and re-piped and actually enjoyed taking a nice Hot Shower that same day. They did an excellent job and was very happy with the outcome. 5 stars for Genmor Plumbing! Called Friday afternoon and the owner, Genaro, came Saturday morning. Very professional, curtious, on time, detailed, organized, put booties over his shoes while inside and dressed well. Took great care in my home finding the gas leak. Inspected all gas appliances & function. Efficiently repaired the leak (fixed the problem better than it was originally installed.) He said to call if there was any other concerns I had. I would highly recommended Mr. Genaro and his company Genmor Plumbing

They were simply great. It was a big project in my mind but they made it look routine. My project involved a tptal re-pipe of the 40-year old galvanized water pipes to copper, replacing all the old sewage lines with new ABS pipes including the main lateral underneath the house, installing a salt-free water softener and filter, install three new toilets, AND they installed a grey water system that captures all of the shower, tub, and laundry water that goes to the landscaping. I'm hoping I got them to bring the topic of grey water to other customers : ). Drought's not going away anytime soon in California. Genaro and Betty (their call center office) were accessible and responsive. They made all the arrangements for inspections and came back out and took care of whatever was needed. They made the project look easy. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic guys. I had an almost-emergency situation (in-wall pipe burst, but we shut off the water quickly), Genaro came by for an evaluation in about 1 hour. He had given me a quote and a timeframe for the plumbers to arrive, but then he realized there was a little bit of time before the next evaluation, so he actually repaired the pipe right away.

Five stars for the following reasons - Their quote for replacing the water supply and drainage pipes beneath my house was 50% of their competitor. Their guarantee was twice as long as their competitor's guarantee. Their bid included sheet rock patching and texturing. - The business owner himself came to give the quote. He crawled under the house to provide an accurate quote, even though he was wearing slacks & a dress shirt. - The communication was solid.

Their office called and prepped me a few days before the work began. They called the day of to see if I had any concerns or questions. The office was also able to accommodate and execute some last minute changes that I requested. - The team of 5 that did the work was coordinated and well managed. They arrived on time and ended on time. Each member knew what their job and got right to it. They masked, tarped well, and cleaned after themselves. I believe in giving credit where it is due and hope this company does well.

Horrible company with horrible service recovery they will try but no one has ever told them in business the customer is always right and that you do not talk to the painter to tell the owner you can not complete the job! Or maybe he did not want to talk to a woman and the painter is a man! Beats me I pay both of them for a service Genmor did not complete the job. Painter still painting!

Awesome plumbers with a very skilled, highly professional staff. We had our whole house repiped and they did a fantastic job- our city inspector said they were hands down the best in the area and did mostly commercial work. Price were also very competitive. Dealing with the secretaries, on the other hand, has been a challenge. Scheduling inspections and finishing the job has been difficult to schedule- if it wasn't for that I'd give them a 5 star rating.

We had a bad office backup. It was right before x-mass and most plumbing companies were off and not taking calls. We found Genmor Plumbing and they came out right away, we cant say thank you enough!

They are very busy and have good workmanship and follow up. I have used them to do the bathroom and was very happy with the price & quality.

My experience with Genmor Plumbing was ridiculous. I had a running toilet with water spraying straight up out of the fill valve. Two plumbers came out on two different days yet I still ended up fixing the toilet myself. The property managers of my complex use Genmor for plumbing issues. Today my kitchen sink backed up. My property manager called Genmor and Betty called me back within 10 minutes. She was very polite, understanding and said someone would be out between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. I was impressed because it was a holiday and it was already 12:15 pm. John arrived right at 1:30 pm.

He introduced himself, was very polite and even put on booties before coming into my apt. He saw the problem, got the tools and equipment and fixed the problem. He was very professional, polite and even cleaned up after himself. Even though it was my fault (Potato skins) he never made me feel like I was to blame. He just explained what should and should not go down the drain. He wrapped everything up quickly. Made my day! Thank you John, Betty and Genmor. You made what could have been a stressful situation very easy.

Genmor is reasonably priced, very professional and quick to resolve the problem. Plus, Mike couldn't be nicer. Ask for him when you call, which I suggest you do if you're having an issue.

I am not going to flame Genmor. I had an appointment, I was at my house 12 minutes before the appointment. I was in my garage measuring the wall for the permit. I came out about 15 minutes after the appointed time and found a message on my phone. There was a garbage truck outside for five minutes that was a bit noisy and the phone was up stairs so it is not loud enough to hear in the garage.

The message said they knocked and no one answered. We have a doorbell that I would have heard but it was never rung. I called and the attitude of the person answering the phone was snide and condescending. There was no attempt to find a solution simply to state the plumber had come and was now gone. When I told them I was going to take them of the list of vendors she said, "That's fine." I assume the person on the phone was not the sharpest tool in the shed and was overemployed.

On the other hand, the plumber did not ring the door bell. The amount of effort they are willing to expend seems low. I guess hard times have not affected Genmor plumbing. I would recommend finding a more engaged and customer-centric company.
