My husband and I are two disabled seniors and we recently moved from an apartment to a house. I hired The Clean Start to clean our unit upon moving. First they were an hour and a half late from when they were scheduled to be there and then they did a HORRIBLE job. Dirt on the floor, blinds only partially cleaned, heater vents all dusty, food splatter above stove not cleaned, even the kitchen sink was not wiped down and had gunk stuck all over it.

For this I paid $547! Today I got hit with ANOTHER $300 bill for cleaning my apartment from the apartment management company. When you hire cleaners for a job, is it too much to ask that they actually DO their job? Plus I sent an email to them to bring this to their attention (if nothing else!) and it went completely ignored.

The clean start guys and gals were awesome. Very professional, and worked through a time where covid has slowed down all processes in all industries so that was appreciated. Would recommend them to anyone. They even came back to work on stuff that wasn't originally on the list of tasks. Great jobs guys

We got the contact information for Cleanstart from the property manager of a building in Tacoma we were working on. They were able to get us on their schedule within our tight time constraints within just a couple days notice. As far as a post construction clean up, they have been the best service I've used thus far. I came back prior to the tenant opening and the place looked fantastic.
