NW Window Washing is a family owned and operated business located in Tacoma, WA. We cater to mainly the Residential Market and also take care of Commercial properties as well. The business is owned by myself, Steve Edwards. While I am out cleaning windows, doing estimates and so on, my wife Emily is on the phones, Scheduling jobs, and keeping the legal stuff in check.I love the reaction I get from happy customers, who just love the way their new clean windows look! As a result, our business has grown by leaps and bounds with Word-of-Mouth referralls coming in all the time. Moss Control and Treatment You spoke so we listened. We have added Moss Control and treatment to our list of services for many years. We will remove the Moss on your roof without a pressure washer and then apply a moss prevention treatment. We can work on most types of roofs. Please specify your roof type when calling as some roof types and pitch we do not do for safety reasons.
House washing

House washing You also asked for housewashing. So we have also added House Washing to our list of services. We will wash your home with a soft brush and cleaner to remove the algae, dirt and kill off surface mold that often takes over on Vinyl siding and painted surfaces. We can work on most homes. Our cleaners are safe around plants and pets.
Gutter

Gutter Cleaning is typically an Add-On service. However, we will come over and just clean out your gutters if you would like. We utilize up to date Industry tools and techniques to hand clean out all gutter debris that would cause the water to not flow freely through your gutters. We will also check and clear out downspouts as needed, to make sure that the water can flow freely.
Screen Cleaning

Screen Cleaning is always provided every time we come out to clean your windows, what's the point in having clean windows only to look out through dirty screens? That is why we provide and include this as part of our window cleaning service. However it is quite common for screens to have sun damage, screen material gets brittle and bleached out by the sun.

Steve has been wonderful over the years, cleaning our windows, cleaning our gutters and hanging Christmas lights. Emily contacted us early this year asking if we would like to be on a schedule and I said, "heck yeah!" Twice a year, don't call us, just come on out. Easy. Here it is the middle of July 2019, no windows cleaned. My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened.
No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. We have already contacted another company and had our windows cleaned, same price but they talked to us.

We had our gutters cleaned by NWWW and they did a good job, but I feel the price point was just a bit high for the work. The service was good and they showed up at the appointed two hour window. They were helpful in providing proof of being insured which we require if anyone is off the ground when on our property. It's good to have the gutters cleaned before the fall winds.

Our windows have never looked so good! It was amazing to see what a difference it made to have our windows professionally cleaned. They did a great job! They showed up promptly and worked nonstop until they were all done. They even impressed my husband, which is difficult to do. I highly recommend them.

We had an appointment scheduled for Memorial Day between 12 and 2 PM. We received three emails and one text, reminding us of our appointment prior. We cleared off all of our furniture on the deck, and removed all of the screens; in the windows in anticipation of their arrival. It was very hot and we were unable to open the windows due to no screens.
No one showed up. We tried calling and no one answered. We tried emailing and no one answered. At 2:30pm, my husband and I set out to wash our own windows. At 4 PM a window washer showed up as we were finishing up the job. Indicated he was told that he needed to arrive between 2 and 4 PM. We tried calling the next day to see what happened, and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not calling them again for window washing services.

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. I had NW Window Washing over to clean my windows, inside and out, including screens. They were *amazing*: fast, tidy, efficient, quiet. I hardly noticed them working and they were out of here before I knew it. And the windows look spectacular! The only drawback system is getting to speak to a person on the phone; the phone number listed goes to a call service that directs you to the website or take a number.
All communication occurs via email as far as I can tell. I had some questions, but never got a call, only friendly but unclear emails. Aside from that, I'd highly recommend them and will definitely have them back.

NW Window came out to clean my roof, gutters and my exterior windows. The pre appointment follow up emails were very helpful. They did a great job on my home. My roof and gutters had been neglected so I really appreciated their time in getting things cleaned up for us. They made sure and leave no mess behind. I will definitely call on them again

Steve and his crew has cleaned our shop windows many times in the past few years and have always done a phenomenal job! Emily is great at handling all the communication. She promptly responds to emails, schedules appointments and provides regular check ins. Today, Steve put up Christmas lights at our home and they look amazing! I don't trust the cleaning of my windows, gutter or roof to anyone other than Steve and the crew at NW Window Washing. Emily provides fantastic customer service when booking with very clear package pricing. The team always arrives on time, is super professional and does a VERY thorough job. Steve always takes time to explain any issues he uncovers and is always very fair with his pricing. I trust his advice to a T. Great family owned business!
