Had another company out prior, salesman came to house. Couldnt tell me how old anything was. Ronnie came out himself, told me in about 5 seconds how old everything was. We were recommended to Gallion and we are so glad we called them! Ronnie took my call, scheduled a visit and was able to find and resolve the issue very quickly. He communicated the issue to us and what our options were for fixing the problem. He was upfront with costs and very fair. We had previously had another HVAC company come out to check on our AC and they quoted us a very high, unreasonable amount. We are so glad we called Gallion. We will always call Gallion for our Heating and Cooling needs!

This is your family owned heating and cooling company. I called on a Sunday night at 8 and was scheduled right there on the spot for a repair. The owner came himself to the job and fixed our unit and was very down to earth and respectful which in this day and age is very important. I'd recommend this business to anyone. They do collect up front for their service at the end but I do the same for my company so I have no issue with that.
