Moss Roofing was one of several bids I got after a hailstorm last spring. Kent came out to my house on time, did a complete inspection and discovered that the original estimator sent by the insurance company had missed many things. Moss negotiated with the insurance company over the course of several months and were finally able to replace the roof, multiple vents and do repairs to 4 damaged windows.

The new roof looks absolutely beautiful and the job was done when they promised! I was impressed with every employee I came into contact with during the more than 6 months it took to get the insurance company to actually approve the work and send the money. what a stellar crew and I won't use anyone ever again for my roof or any other outside projects they are capable of completing. I only wish I knew about them BEFORE I had replaced my gutters. Thanks Moss Roofing for being one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

If I had the option to give Moss Roofing 10 stars I would. I have been completely impressed with the entire process and everyone I have worked with. Tyler came to our house to assess damage to our house and roof after a hailstorm last March. He took a lot of pictures and a video of the damage to our siding, gutters, screens and roof. The next day I received a call from Adam Moss introducing himself and talking me through the process that they were going to go through with our insurance company.

The original claim was only $8k. When Adam was done working with our insurance company, our claim was over $20k. Their turn around time was impeccable. our entire job (full siding, gutter and roof replacement) were completed well before our neighbors (who chose other contractors), some of whom are still waiting on new siding. Their customer service and responsiveness was unparalleled.

Throughout the process I was kept very well informed. Delaney and Hope were wonderful to work with as well. Thank you so much to the entire Moss Roofing Team. You have restored my hope in hard work, customer service and caring for your customers.

I contacted Moss to come inspect my roof after a large hailstorm. The area was hit and many people in my neighborhood used various services. I went with Moss due to their long history in the business. I'm so glad I did! They sent Tyler Ashcraft for an inspection. He was incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough. We initially scheduled for a day with 100% chance of rain.

When changing the date, for safety reasons, his flexibility and communication was flawless. Our estimate was scheduled quickly and executed with detail and precision. While we didn't need to use their services because our roof had minimal damage, I know I can trust this company for any future needs. Give Moss your business- you will NOT regret it.

Disappointed in Moss. I called and spoke with them about a new roof and gutters for storm damage. Tyler came out and took measurements and left a folder of info. Never heard back. Texted Tyler after more than 1 week, he apologized and said he would send us the quote shortly. Haven't heard since. That was a week ago. We have moved on.

Moss roofing recently assisted with the repair to our existing roof after we required a new chimney. They worked seamlessly to coordinate with the other company and did an exceptional job in a challenging space. The area was left spotlessly clean and much attention was paid to detail. We highly recommend Moss and won't hesitate to contact them when we need to replace our entire roof.

Moss Roofing is a great team of professionals. We have used their services for several years from window replacements to negotiating roof and gutter repairs with the insurance company following hail damage. Every project with Moss Roofing has been a great collaboration to help maintain my and my mother's homes. They have always been fair and reasonable about the cost of the job and complete the work with utmost care. Most recently, they added siding to my garage, replaced the garage windows and replaced all of the gutters on the house. I don't know what I would do without them!

We were interested in buying a home with significant roof issues, and our realtor said we should have Moss Roofing take a look prior to making an offer. They provided us with a detailed report and after our purchase, did the necessary work. Adam, Benny and the crew were amazing. All work was done as promised and house and yard were in good order in just five or six days.

The following spring our property was struck by a tornado. Benny once again came through - inspectIng the roof, gutters and siding for damage immediately. We could not be more pleased with Moss Roofing and highly recommend this business.

We did a fire restoration and Moss did our roofing. The HO noticed a small drip after last week's heavy rain. This was months after the installation. I called Moss and George showed up on time and spent a hour with a fine tooth comb. Never once mentioned the length of time or if the warranty was still in effect. Awesome service. Plain language. Good interaction with customer. All good! And we determined the leak was siding related, when coupled with driving rain- nothing to do with their work. He offered to fix it anyway.

Moss Roofing helped me negotiate with my insurance company getting funds to replace my roof after a strong storm last April. I have a 100 year old farm house that definitely needed some help. They were very punctual and quick to answer any questions I had. The day they installed the roof they were there bright and early with a large crew. By the time I got home from work around 6 pm they were gone and the roof was completed in one day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Moss was very responsive and came out with very timely manner before closing oh, so gave them a tight timeline. I got all new siding and gutters from Moss Roofing. I love the quality of their products and my house looks awesome. However what drew me to them was the fantastic customer service and knowledge from Adam Moss to the office staff. While I was deciding what to do, who to use, what products they were very helpful and patient with all my questions and. very enthusiastic about their products and services.

Then I was greatly impressed during the work by George the Forman and the crew. They had great knowledge of what they were doing, kind, courteous and respectful. I am 100% sold on Moss and highly recommend them for your work too!

My wife and I are delighted with the vinyl siding that Moss Roofing installed on our house, and neighbors have remarked to us favorably about it. The two project managers with whom we worked - George, who assisted us during our decision-making process, and Ben, who supervised the installation - were excellent; the team that did the labor was outstanding - skilled, diligent, and pleasant - and we appreciated also the contributions of others - including Bev, Adam, and Delaney - who, from the office, facilitated the effort.

We needed a few small fixes on our roof from an inspection report and Moss took care of it in a friendly and quick manner. They were great to work with!

There should be 10 stars for the review of Moss Roofing. I called for someone to look at my roof due to a leak that had appeared following the heavy rains in mid June. Mrs. Moss answered my early morning call and had Adam (her son) at my house within 15 minutes. He was in the Greenwood area and came quickly. He reviewed the inside ceilings and outside roof, did some nail and caulk repairs to address the leak until a more comprehensive repair could take place at a later date.

What a PLEASANT and REASSURING experience from start to finish. Professional, competent and customer oriented! The Moss family is a joy to work with and their competence matches their desire to serve the customer. Don't hesitate to contact them. You won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Moss roofing! Previous experience with another roofing company was horrible so we were very skeptical about trying another. Beverly Moss was only a phone call away and always able to answer my questions. Steve Moss came out himself during our install to explain that why needed new decking on entire house and reassured us due to code that it would be covered by our insurance. Benny the project manager was constantly there helping out the crew and is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the process.

Some flashing around a window during the install process was damaged and needed replaced and it was done with no questions asked. The installers themselves worked like a well oiled machine, everyone helped everyone else and when they left you couldn't even tell that they had been here (except that we had a BEAUTIFUL new roof, gutters and downspouts). Don't use those fly by night companies! Go with Moss roofing, you won't be disappointed! We will be using them again, hopefully not in the too near future LOL!

Beverly and George did a great job on our home in Indianapolis. They were super detailed! They went above and beyond for us. George discovered the last time the roof was installed the soffit vents were never cut open thus causing moisture issues inside the home.
