They were professional and the price was right. My home had wind and storm damage and it was time to replace it. I hired Victory Improvement to do the job because they seemed professional and the price was reasonable. They cleaned up the ground after the work was done and there was little disruption to my life during the process. I'd hire Victory again in the future.

Called before arrival and showed up on time. $175 is a bit steep for a service call but there was no additional charge beyond that to seal around the chimney and stop the leak. Haven't had a hard rain since the repair but was assured that they would come back and address the issue for no additional charge if the leak continued after the repair. I couldn't be much happier.

Quick response. Returned my call immediately. Came out an gave a proposal for repair cost and completed the work latet that day. There is a service call charge which is deducted from the cost of the project. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the price was 60% of what other companies were quoting.

I contacted Victory Improvement Professionals for an estimate on repairing my roof. The guy comes out, doesn't even look at my roof, then starts asking me how much I thought my insurance would pay him to do the work. He refused to give me a written estimate until he knew how much my insurance would cover. It quickly became obvious that the guy. didn't know jack about roof repair and he was only there to see how much money he could make off my insurance company. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, some good, some bad, but these guys are the absolute worst. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Excellent service! I was kept updated the whole time as to what was going on. The work was performed in a timely manner. They even worked in the rain to minimize damage to my property. The owner contacted me immediately to set up a time to give me an estimate and was very fair & honest in his estimate.
