They have done my moms 2 story 100 year old house , many friends and other family and we are all completely satisfied! The speed of the crew and simplicity of the sales men is impeccable! The owners are for customer service satisfaction and nothing less! They go above and beyond to train and work one on one to prepare their sales people and staff! Love the company and people that own and work there ! It's very family oriented and customers become long time friends and goal future customers 5 stars 🌟 plus some!

NAC did a great job installing a combination of slate shingles on the steep parts of our roof and metal roofing on the more shallow areas. Josh was clear in explaining the options available to us and the exact 3D model he generated of our house was super helpful in deciding what color slate and metal roofing to choose. We could even alter the color of the house to see how any future house color change would go with the roof colors we were considering.

The installation went very smoothly and the crew did a great job protecting the house and our new cobblestone driveway and there was no damage to our landscaping.

Josh did a nice job coordinating the 3 different crews that were involved in the installation process.

Overall, we are delighted with our new slate/metal roof and highly recommend North American Contractors.

GREAT COMPANY, WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10 TIMES! I had a minor roof leak in one section of my house. North American Contractors came out and gave me a very reasonable and fair quote. They handled themselves with a lot of character and provided the best customer service. They educated me on the problem, did not not try to sale me a whole new roof like some other companies and performed the repair within a week of the initial estimate. If I ever have any other issues they will be my first call.

Wonderful. Great customer service. Their work is incredible. Somehow they managed to get our roof done during all the rain that we had this spring. When the work was completed they sent a gift for doing business with them. Extraordinary!!!

Our recent roof replacement could not have gone any better. Thanks to the excellent project management by Bill we were fully aware of the timing and what to expect. All of the materials were delivered the day before installation and inventoried by Bill that afternoon. The next morning as promised the crew arrived and in just under 12 hours stripped the old roof, removed numerous vents, replaced the sheathing, re-shingled the entire roof including adding ice & water shield and vent-a-ridge venting.

When the crew left the yard was spotless. Bill stopped to check the progress several times throughout the day and stopped back the following day to make certain we were fully satisfied. We can’t recommend North American Contractors enough.

Had this company do two jobs on my roof, and one of them was major. Even when I had issues, they resolved everything for me quickly and friendly. And they also happen to be the least expensive quote anyway so it was win win all the way around...

I am very pleased with the work that North American Contractors performed. The project was managed and executed in a professional manner. There simply aren't words to adequately express how grateful I am to this group of incredible professionals! After a 2 year battle with another local contractor, I was blessed to encounter Brent, Nicole and Rob. I purchased my home 2 years ago and the windows needed tho be replaced. The seller and his "contractor " turned out to be shady, at best.

I fought for 2 years to get them to follow through with their commitment to replace my windows. In the meantime my husband passed away and it became clear that they had no intention to uphold their promise. Desperate for help, I got the contact info for North American Contractors from the Simonton Windows website. I blindly called and Brent answered the phone.

After sharing my story, he immediately expressed his willingness to help me! No strings attached! I was skeptical at first, but he quickly proved that he is not only an outstanding professional, but an equally remarkable human being! Nicole, Brent and Rob worked tirelessly to solve the problems created by the original contractor, and they ordered, picked up and installed all of my windows!

And they did it for nothing! It took the installer almost 8 hours to do the work on a Saturday, and he was awesome as well. I am eternally grateful for everything they did and I can assure you that I will never use another company.... they are the best! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

I have used North American Contractors twice for repairs. Both times I have been very pacified with the quality of completed projects. During the recent project (roof and inside ceiling repairs) Rob Smith was the general contractor. I cannot say enough good things about the ease of the project due to his skills and performance.

After a hail storm in March, Jan from North American Contractors noticed my Victorian house and asked to check out the roof damage. I agreed. From that point on, I have very little to do. Her company did it all. I received a new roof, gutters and downspouts, including the garage. All work was completed in May/early June.

My wife and I worked with Rob Smith, I have to say the whole experience was great. We had damage back in 2011, the repair contractor was terrible. Rob and his team were great, everything was done when they said it would be done and was done right. We can't say enough good things about Rob and North American Contractors, job well done! Thank you!

The folks from North American Contractors did a wonderful job on my Dad's house when he had hail damage. They were honest with us about our house and told us we did not need any repairs. I would trust them to do the job any day.
