I had a few pieces of siding fall off of my house. I called around to get quotes on getting it fixed and Gut-r-done was the only company I didn't have to wait around on. They were responsive, very professional and prices that couldn't be beat. Other places told me I would need to replace the siding and Gut-r-done was able to put the siding pieces back up without a problem. Best local owned company for all your exterior needs. After getting several quotes from various companies, I chose Gut R Dun to replace the gutters on both my house (6") and detached garage (5") last week. I was very pleased with the results and their excellent service and professionalism! The quote that Zac wrote was very thorough and detail oriented and he made several sketches of the changes that I wanted for the placement of the downspouts.

The installation went very smoothly and precisely. Kenny did an outstanding job of removing the old and replacing with the new, and did a thorough job of cleaning up when finished. He was very friendly and polite and conscientious of what I expected to be done. With 15 years of experience, he was really outstanding and I would highly recommend him! I will definitely be requesting him when the gutters need to be cleaned out. He was the best and has an excellent work ethic.

This has been a great company to work with. Derek is truly an honest and genuine guy and I can't say enough nice things about him! He helped us through the whole process and was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Very flexible and accommodating. Every person in the company we had contact with was very nice, professional and helpful. They turned our house that looked down right miserable into an absolutely gorgeous house! Asked for an estimate a week ago, never received a call until I called them. At that time the woman told me she wants to make sure the estimate is correct and will get with her leader to check it. 3 days go by and no other calls, I call again and they stated once again they needed more time. I give up on this place, which is a shame the job I needed done was a 2k-3k job.better off going somewhere else. Also, please dont call me back to make it right, its too late.

Had to call several times to inquire if the sales rep had ever made it to my house to provide a quote. He never did (missed at least 2 appointments), and I still haven't received a call back. I guess they don't need my business that much, even though I was more than ready to hire them. Instead, I hired another company that provided prompt reply and scheduled quickly.

This is an amazing company. They were very responsive, flexible and excellent communicators. They even highlighted issues for us and were upfront and non nonsense with pricing. They went out of their way and our kiddos even loved having them around. All in all a great team. If you want gutter work done right then this is your company!

A welcome relief and pleasure to work with. The crew replace my storm damaged gutter quickly, efficiently and it looks great. And the price was well below every quote I'd gotten from other companies. Will be using their services again.

Overall, great customer experience. I will choose them again and I've shared the company's contact info with my neighbors. I would have given Gut-R-Dun 5 Stars, but they missed my original appointment. I called to get an update on the arrival time, but I didn't get any feedback. Then the crew showed up the next day without any warning. Fortunately, I was home that morning. Lastly, the installers, Ralph and Branden, are friendly and professional. I enjoyed interacting with them.

Damage from 2019 tornado. Took 6 months. Partly from working with insurance for more payments. High quality work though. Did awnings and roof.

They came out and gave me an estimate. When I had the money they honored the estimate even though it was a few months later. Great guys, hard workers, on-site check by their boss and done in 5 hours. Cleaned up well, too. I failed to get the guards in the estimate but they were able to add them on the same day. I'd use them again.

I didn't have the best experience with this contractor. They were less than reliable with timing for appointments and made promises to be at my house and didn't show up and didn't call. The original rep left during my ordeal and so I was back to square one. The crew that did the work was great and I'm the end I got a decent roof, but it was an ordeal. I would be hard pressed to recommend them.

Honesty! That's the number one seller as far as I'm concerned! That's what I got from this company! Teamwork is important to me as well and everybody in this company works from the office to the crew on the roof! I made a phone call about my gutters and I talked with Montie and she came out that very day and gave me a free estimate. A few days later the crew was on the site getting the job done!

I also want to say I have lots of questions about future projects I wasn't sure if I needed done or not and one of the crew members named Will was very patient about listening and answering my questions That's another quality I admire Thank you guys Thank you satisfied customer.

The original gutters on my house were old and damaged so I decided to replace them. Gut-R-Dun was recommended to me by others, and the estimate was in my price range. The job was done in one day, my house had a MAJOR facelift, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

I had this company replace and repair gutter and fascia and also soffit on a rental property. After the work was done and paid for my tenant pointed out some problems with the job that was done. I went there and inspected the job and found some problems with the Quality of the work. I contacted the company and after some discussion with them they settled all the problems that I was concerned about and understand that part of the problem was a misunderstanding of what was to be done.

They were very honest and understanding of my problem with our agreement and they did more work and corrected all the things that I had a problem with at all their own expense. They did a very good job and cleaned up and did it all in a speedy time. Have no problems recommending them for services at all. The work looks very good and all problems solved. They also came back at their expense and fixed things that were not on the contract. Went above and beyond to satisfy me.
