I have been using Agrilawn for a few years now at both my residence and my work place with overall good service. i did have an issue at my work place last year as the back yard was overlooked and missed applications. I am aware of staffing issues due to covid, but as I prepaid for my annual services, I had to fight to get a credit for treatments not received.
I am hopeful this does not occur this year. I also have to bring to your attention highly visible dallisgrass in the front yard at my work place as your technicians apparently have some trouble seeing it even though I can see it from 30 feet away. It is my hope that I can be confident that this will be controlled effectively this season. Thank you

I wouldn't use them. They come out for a lawn treatment and then don't tell you you're locked into a contract. They came out again for another treatment I never asked for and are threatening to turn my bill over to a collector because I'm not paying for a service I didn't ask for. I paid for the original service and that's it! I wouldn't recommend them at all due to these business practices. Almost as bad as Moxy Pest control, who does the same thing.

I have been using AgriLawn for a few months and have been completely impressed and genuinely satisfied with their work. We had every weed in the book growing and AgriLawn has made a few applications and the improvement is exactly what I was hoping for. Adam is timely and honest and always explains the work he has done. He has answered any questions I have asked. Been a pleasure working with AgriLawn. I've used Agrilawn for 10 years, and always found their people (technicians and those in the office) to be helpful, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. BUT, this year they've really kicked it up a couple of notches. My yard has never looked better. I have Bermuda and fescue grass and both are thriving. I've had several neighbors stop to comment and ask me what I'm doing to make my yard look so good. I tell them to "Call Agrilawn. They'll take good care of you."

If you have an all Bermudagrass lawn, AgriLawn will provide you with the finest lawn in your neighborhood. I have used them for almost ten years and weeds are kept totally at bay. However, if you have any shade grass, you might want to reconsider. They treat shade grass as a weed and will do a hatchet job on your efforts to keep grass in your shady areas.

We chose AgriLawn because a few of our neighbors had the AgriLawn signs in their yard. Appointment setup was surprisingly easy and the service itself was unobtrusive while my wife was working from home. Their online payment system is a really nice touch and their recommendations for other services were not only effective on my lawn but very cost-effective. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to stay on top of their lawn all year!

Agrilawn has been treating my lawn for YEARS and has always done a very professional job. Yesterday, Austin was assigned to treat my yard after I had to reschedule do to personal reasons and of course weather threatened to delay it once again. However, after explaining to Austin that I have already had to reschedule once and that I have large dandelions and weeds everywhere, he finished the yard he was working on then came to do mine.
He was VERY, VERY thorough and friendly even after hand spraying the areas he couldn't get to on the riding machine. I really appreciated his willingness and effort to take care of ALL the areas! GREATEST customer service ever!

We've been with Agrilawn for several years (both for lawn treatment and bugs) and have never had any problems. They always call us a day or two before they come out, and ring the doorbell when they arrive. Yes, it takes a few treatments before your lawn gets rid of all weeds, but now we rarely ever have any weeds in our lawn or bugs in our house. I would highly recommend.

We had other lawn care companies tell us that it was going to take at least a year to get the lawn back in shape. After two years I had to dump them when weeds kept showing up. AgriLawn had no excuses, they said they could get it done and they did. The contrast from my yard to my neighbors house is striking. No purple flowers, no crabgrass, just healthy Bermuda. The price is the same as those that did not show results so how do you compare that? Good people; good results; they do what they say they are going to do.

I have used Agrilawn for about 3 years with good results. Recently they did a summer treatment and left my lawn with dead spots all over attempting to kill weeds. I was told the chemical they use can do this. Makes one wonder why they would put my lawn at such a risk. I am looking for a new lawn treatment company

My original review stated that they were courteous do I gave two stars. However after calling and explaining why I chose to cancel they were short and unprofessional. I was polite but that was not reciprocated. Thus the downgrade to one star. Not what I expected. I was told after the first treatment that it could take "a few treatments" before the weeds will die.
This is a pay per treatment service so it stands to reason that they don't have a vested interest in offering immediate results. Roundup will do the trick in one treatment and within 24 hours. The Bermuda grass is not green yet and the temps are approaching the eighties so it's prime Roundup conditions. In summary: Ineffective and discourteous.

Over all, communication is poor! received no message that agri lawn was coming out, or received a phone call, to be informed today is last day for this type of application, or reschedule, reschedule, reschedule! i have been with agri lawn for two summers now, and can honestly say customer service does not exist!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. I hired them to come out for five treatments per year. The price was reasonable. But whenever they were supposed to come out the first time I did inform them that the gate was difficult to open. They still struggled with the gate and I never received a phone call asking how to open it that day. The next time they rescheduled me for a later date.
I had to call and confirm that date because nobody ever told me about it. When they were supposed to come out apparently it was too windy and nobody called to let me know that. I called to see if somebody came out. I never received any information from the company saying that they didn't come out because it was too windy. They were going to reschedule me for two more days later but I went ahead and called and canceled because it's such crap to have to wait that long to have your yard treated when there's so many other companies in the area. It's obvious if they choose quantity over quality when it comes to customer service and their product.

We decided to use them for our lawn treatments. Our lawn has never looked so bad. I'm not sure they treated it at all. When questioned they said they recommended a number of additional treatments that we were not even aware they recommended. And if we need additional treatments to get our lawn to look nice I'm not sure what the $1000 of treatments we supposedly got achieved. It sure didn't make our lawn look better cause it looked much much better before. I personally feel like it's a scam.

Okay, where to start. 3-11-14 I called to check prices for in home and outdoor pest control. The customer service lady transferred me to Jarod (Bug Specialist), at first he wasn't for sure what his own charges where, so then he popped out some prices and quoted $82 for indoors and $66 for outside per treatment. I told them I'd CALL them back if I wanted to go ahead with it. So, the next day 3-12-14 Stephanie the same customer service lady from the pervious day CALL me to see when I wanted to schedule a time for the appointment.
I told her that it was okay and that I found someone cheaper. She automatically got flustered and got an attitude. She said, "Well, fine" (sigh) then said thanks under her voice and hung up on me. I called right back and a older lady picked up (never gave a name or opening message) and I asked, if it were a family own business. She said no, and that it was an employee owned business.
