We have used All Green for over 4 years and you can tell by looking at our neigh ors yards. Their weeds never creep into our yard and it looks great all year around. They always show up the day they are supposed too, are prepared to work around animals, and are always very pleasent over the phone. Would recommend to anyone needing to control the weeds around the house.

Our Family has been All-Green Customers many, many, years. Outstanding Service, Quality Work, and Fair Pricing. This year I also had them treat for Spring DeadSpots, (which is done actually in Fall) and it worked like a champ! A bit pricey, but worth it. Dustin, the young man that is usually at my place is fantastic! Super Smart, knows his stuff, and if he is there when I am he always takes time to answer questions and on top of that he is a really nice and friendly young man.
I would highly recommend All-Green to anyone. I do see some have had negative experiences, and I respect that and am not arguing or disputing with experiences, I can only speak for mine.

The company provides full lawn services for me. I'm so impressed with their level of efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. They respond immediately to your text if you have questions. So far, they've done a beautiful job on cutting my lawn, edging, trimming and mulching. This is the fourth company I've hired within one year. I appreciate that I can communicate with the workers without any language barrier.
I will provide future review updates and photos next time. UPDATE: I continued to be very satisfied with the work the company does. I had only one mix up with communication. But the next week the guys got it right. Also, my gate was not closed properly so I texted Richardo who is great by the way. He sent someone out immediately to securely closed the gate.
The company thus far is doing a good job taking care of my weeds, maintaining my shrub and flower areas. I really appreciate the fact that the company immediately respond to my concerns and promptly correct them. A little more costly than most companies but worth it.

They do not follow directions well, I told them several times not to spray or call on Sunday and they still did after being told not to. The last time I believe a Dustin or Justin called on Sunday and I told him I had requested not to be bothered on Sunday and I also said "I may have to look for another lawn care service after 6 years" and he just hung up and I have never heard from them since, which is fine but tells me they are not concerned with customer service.
They were always trying to upsell you on something, that is kind of normal though i think, maybe they should be more concerned with providing the service you paid correctly for before trying to sell other services. The last time they sprayed was not acceptable, no weeds in front yard but back yard was overrun with weeds like they didn't even spray the back?
I also told them to let me know before they sprayed so I could put my dog up, this did not always happen either. It seemed early on in our relationship Noel and staff cared about the customer and their satisfaction? I guess that has since been lost along the way during the companies growth. Oh well, time to move on. All of this happened during the spring/summer of 2016. Just wanted to let everyone know how we were treated by this company. I truly can't believe this company has 3.6 stars?

Looks like I'm not the only with with issues so I'll just briefly bullet it out: 1 - They specifically said they'd take care of the weeds I'd pointed out before I hired them. They didn't. 2 - For the same weeds they said "Sure! No problem" to, I got a note saying they can do what I was promised initially for an additional fee. By that time, I'd seen no progress anyway and had already paid up in advance. 3 - They billed me incorrectly.
To their credit, it was fixed (I think. They're not great at clarity). It took some finger pointing among themselves, but it got done. Maybe. The faith that they fixed their mistake gives brings them to the second star. 4 - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RING OR SOME WAY TO ENSURE THEY ARE ACTUALLY THOROUGHLY TREATING YOUR LAWN. Even then, don't expect them to spend a lot of time or effort. 5 - For less money, we found a way to treat and make happen what we needed to do after hearing horror stories from others. I regret running into them at the Home Show.
