I have had a positive experience with this company. Good communication, the techs are thorough, and my yard is looking better and better. They also have common sense, which was lacking in my previous yard services. They do not apply the treatment during a thunderstorm to a swampy yard and they apply to the whole yard and not just the length of their hose. I highly recommend.

We live in a rural neighborhood and have several acres. Our lawn around the house was a mess so we wanted to try one of the lawn care services. We landed on GreenGrass and we could not have been happier. Our guy Anderson has worked miracles on our property. I've watched him, on our surveillance cameras - him not knowing, and he really does pay particular attention to the areas where the weeds pop up.

I appreciate that kind of professionalism and care to a company where we don't have look over the work to be sure it's being done and done correctly. It's been 4 years and we always get offers from other lawn companies, but we will stick with Anderson and GreenGrass where we know we are getting our money's worth.

Andrew did a great job today with the heavy fertilizing application and spraying of weeks. He took the time to explain what I needed to do regarding proper watering and where and what I needed to use for over seeding grass where needed. I have been using Green Grass for about 2 years. My yard is one of the best in my neighborhood. One of their techs is a young man named Anderson. He always takes the time to discuss the service he's providing, and to give suggestions on how to make my lawn look as good as possible. I recommend Green Grass if you want a beautiful lawn with the minimum amount of maintenance on your part.

We switched our lawn care to Green Grass 2 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the results. We have been customers for 3 years. After the fist treatment they had prayed near our roses an nearly killed them. We wrote it off and now after 3years you would think we should have a beautiful yard but we called because it is full of crab grass and our Bermuda looks sick and thin. So the serviced again now all of our grass is turning brown. We are done the techs don't care they don't follow up. They are the worst. We canceled our neighbors are canceling they have the same issues. We thought professionals could do a better job they are not professionals.

Green Grass Lawn Care could have retained my business with a minimum level of customer service. I asked GreenGrass Lawn Care to do yearly weed control on two properties, paying the full amount in advance for the year starting in 2016, however I was not sure that I was going to continue in 2019. I recently received a bill from them for an application at one of the homes for a 'Round 1' treatment and called to say that I had not contracted for the new year. Sheila, the customer service person, told me that it was my responsibility to call them and cancel, otherwise they would continue service and therefore owed them the bill. Had Sheila said that they would not hold me accountable for an assumption on their part, I probably would have paid for another year of service. Sheila's customer service got worse from there, telling me that she would not take a message for the out of town owner to call me back, because he was out of town!

I really hoped that Sheila was an anomaly, so I asked to be transferred to another customer service person, Sandy, who really just repeated what Sheila had said. I did pay the bill and 'cancelled' future service that I had not contracted for. Think twice before signing up for their service.

I called then and they were out the next day. I could not find anyone (And I tried) that beat their price. When they showed up they gave me an estimate and was willing to treat the yard all at one time saving me time away from work. Their Lawn Tech was professional and went over the treatment program with out trying to upsell me on extras that I did not need. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market
