Great Peaks Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our central air conditioner and furnace in April this year. Ken Avery, the Owner and his crew did a great job to install and remove all the equipment. Ken explained different type of systems and efficient levels. He did not try to sell us something that we didn't need. He listed different combination of systems and explained the expecting results from the systems based on our house.

Great Peaks Heating & Air Conditioning took care of all warranty and rebate documentations for us, and make sure we got everything we need and received rebates. Since the system installed, we are very pleased how efficient the new systems work. The central air system is running very quiet, it pushed out great amount of comfortable warm air when we used furnace during parts of April this year, and since the summer has started it keeps house cool consistently.

Have not seem any stress problems from the system. We love our new HACV systems, and it definitely added up great value to our house. We highly recommend Great Peaks Heating & Air Conditioning, if you are looking for a honest company to do a great job for you with reasonable price, this is the company you should hired.

Great Peaks was an outstanding company to work from start to finish! I have 2 furnaces in my home and requested bids from companys selling Rheem, Lennox, Goodman and Bryant. I had read positive reviews about Carrier furnaces, looked on their site for a local distributor and ended up contacting Great Peaks. Ken was fantastic in assessing my homes furnace needs.

He was the only HVAC contractor to measure my home to ensure he provided us with the correctly sized units. He was also the only HVAC contractor who informed me about proper codes and stated that we needed additional outside air in our basement now, due to the furnace room being in a more enclosed area after the basement was finished. Ken did not try to sell me any equipment I did not ask for and his bid was very fairly priced.

After I contracted him for the job he always promptly responded to all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) The installation took 2 days (1 day for each furnace) and Ken, Brandon and Nathan all did their job diligently, professionally and were very courteous. You only buy a furnace once every 15 years (ish) and I could not be happier that I found Great Peaks. I'll definitely be giving them all my future business and will share them with all of my friends, family and neighbors!

Ken and Nathan were extremely professional and considerate while performing the installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. They took a lot of time to let us know what was going on during the install and afterwards when they did a system walk through to explain its different functionality and discuss the required maintenance. Safety is clearly a priority for them as they included a new CO detector on the furnace. They were both friendly and easy to talk to but stayed focused and had the entire job done in 2 days. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC service!

Great Peaks is an amazing company! We bought a new home that they had recently installed a furnace and AC in.and when we needed to move the unit to dig out an egress window they were prompt and extremely professional/polite getting the job done. The next day I had a company out trying to figure out a line they dug up in the ground, Great Peaks sent over a supervisor to check out the line for me (free of charge) and even though the line ended up not being theirs, the supervisor stayed and helped me make some decisions about what to do next. Above and beyond in every way, thank you!

We have used Great Peaks for HVAC service and installation at our two previous homes, but recently moved out of their normal service area. My furnace stopped working last night and after striking out with other local vendors(waiting for callbacks, no availability, etc), I called Great Peaks again. Not only were they friendly and willing to drive out of their normal area, but they sent a tech today and diagnosed and serviced our furnace. They've been amazing to work with and would recommend them for anyone!

When our air conditioner stopped working I called Great Peaks because of their high ratings on BBB and Google. They did not disappoint! Ken did a thorough job of hunting down the problem and explained in detail all of my options. When it turned out our nearly 20 year old furnace was the culprit and should be replaced, we of course had Great Peaks do the installation. Ken and Brandon arrived on schedule and when the work was completed they showed me everything I needed to know about the new furnace plus taught me basic care of our air conditioner so that it would last longer.

This company genuinely cares about it's customers and highly recommend them! I will definitely be calling Great Peaks again for any heating/cooling issues we may have in the future.

We had Great Peaks install a humidifier on our furnace. What a difference it has made in our home. The wood floors are not splitting the air in our home is comfortable! Ken came out and explained the two options we had for our home and was quick to get the system we choose into our home. Great Peaks was great to explain the whole system. We also use them to do our cleaning and check on the AC in the spring and the cleaning and check of our furnace in the fall. I would highly recommend Great Peaks Heating and Air Conditioning!

We scheduled an appointment with Ken Avery to look at our home for a quote to install a new central air conditioning unit. He was very thorough in his inspection and explaining our options. The quote was very reasonable so we proceeded. Day of install, Ken and crew arrived promptly as scheduled, work was completed in 1 day as promised and went above and beyond fixing preexisting issues they encountered.

We had a fantastic experience with Great Peaks Heating and Air Conditioning! They scheduled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit the day after we called to set up the appointment. The installation team showed up the next day exactly when they said they would be there. The crew worked all day to make sure the AC unit and blower were operational before returning the next day to complete the installation.
