Called for an issue with my generator. they send Rodell to check it out and fix the issue. I have never met a more professional man, very smart and very kind. He is working very hard to make sure my generator is ready when its needed. Even coming back to re-check my unit to make sure the adjustments made are spot on. Because of this man I will be re-signing with this company. Jamie is also a great person and so is the manager that schedules work both helped immediately in order to resolve the issue with my unit.

Technician came out for annual service and soon one of my ACs shut off and wouldn't run. another technician from Personalized came out and he said the drain was clogged. They charged me $125 for the call because it was 3 days past the 30 day warranty. the 2nd technician even confirmed the drain hadn't been cleaned. rudest arrogant office manager ever. 20+ year customer here and have bought 3 ACs from them. Go elsewhere for AC service.

Most dishonest business I've ever used. Personalized Power didn't pay the electrical company they subcontracted to install our generator, even though we paid them in full on time. This resulted in a lien being placed on our property and almost sent our home into foreclosure - all because they didn't pay their subcontractor, despite receiving full payment from their customer.

We have used this company for 20+ years and have referred many friends and neighbors to this business. But its service quality has deteriorated significantly in the last 6 months. The owner and the manager are now very rude and unprofessional in treating customers. We have bought a total of 3 ACs from this company. The first one was in 1999. They sent us a nice floral arrangement afterwards and I was quite impressed.
The second AC was purchased in 2009 and it went very smoothly. The most recent one was done one month ago and we could not have been more disappointed. The installation crew told me that the experienced guy showed up in the morning, but left immediately; the inexperienced crew was left to figure things out on their own and that was the reason why it took an entire day for the crew to install the new unit. Later the owner claimed that the delay was due to a vertical unit. Sorry, but I trust the work crew's words more than the owner's. Look elsewhere for good AC service!

PERSONALIZED AIR CONDITIONING, INC I can only share my personal experience with Personalized AC, but it is obvious in reading these reviews that my experience and opinion are the same. I have been a faithful customer with Personalized AC since 2002. I would no longer recommend Personalized AC. Personalized AC has become rude, insincere and are gauging individuals. Beware of the jargon used from a service call vs a maintenance call. No where in their contract do they specify either Obtain estimates from 3 or more Air Conditioning Services.

Technician serviced three units (day late in incorrect time slot) and all three leaking after his visit. On one they recommended coil cleaning and after I had another technician out there it was obvious the unit didn't even get serviced. I called & asked to speak to someone but never received a call back. On second try technician added duct tape as remedy on my 5 yr old unit.
After this I had to call and cancel my annual contract and they still charged full amount after poor work and lack of communication. Not one apology or suggestions to make it right. Really disappointing customer service.

Technician charged $125.00 with the agreement he would look for a new board, even wrote on invoice this was the solution. One week after paying and after making many calls, technician said the entire unit must be changed. I called another company and they came and resolved the problem by connecting a universal thermostat. Now everything is working. Personalized Air Conditioning Inc. is definitely not trustful, not honest.
Do NOT make the same mistake I made. Call anybody else, call people who are honest, not Personalized Air Conditioning Inc. who is just trying to make money by replacing units that don't need to be replaced. And they denied refunding the money! They charged $125 to provide no solution at all.

Bought a whole house generator from them. Sale process was good and felt I got a reasonable price. However, after that, rest of the process went terribly. Install crews (there were several stages) never arrived on time. Owners non-responsive to issues. Broke my concrete basketball court in 2 places. After I complained, they tried to repair with a caulk gun refused to do more. Propane tank installation was not completed properly, had to finish on our own.
Left yard with huge ditches and holes. Refused to fix. I spent thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes. Then to top it off after less than 2 years the generator completely died while running after the hurricane. They kept saying they would come and diagnose but it took 4 days (without power). They would make and break appointments. Their office people lie (that starts at the top with the owners).
Despite my labor and parts warranty refuses to install. I am a pretty patient guy and can put up with a lot. I also work in an adjacent industry and have worked with subcontractors who try hard but struggle to finish. These owners are different. They simply don't care. Truly bad people. Seriously.

We just paid them a bundle for a new compressor. The thermostat wasn't working. I called at 4:45 and got a message they're closed. I had to request emergency service. The guy said their warranty only applies during regular business hours -- even if it is their fault. I had to pay 186$ for the service call. Stay away.

I just had a New A/C unit replaced today! I had called around the area for quotes. The Gentleman that arrived to quote the replacement/install was quite professional. I went with this company because a neighbor here in Palm Aire had used them before with success. They were my middle bid. This morning, The Install team arrived 15 minutes before schedule so I was quite hopeful.
Other than the fact that the Install "BOSS" as he called himself REPEATEDLY.Shouted instead of speaking.things were moving along well until his selection of thermostat replacement wasn't nearly the size of the one I had. When I asked for them to use one the correct size. I was literally shouted down! After a 20 minute diatribe on how I HAD to use this new, better.blah blah blah Thermostat.
I gave up. When he suddenly arrived after having been on the roof.he said he was done and expected payment. The air handler and the air return were not in any way connected! The air being circulated was being pulled both from the air return AND the entire space in between my unit on the 2nd floor.and the open 21 inch space to the 3rd floor. When I brought the unfinished business to the attention of the "BOSS" He went NUTS! Ranted and raved that it had to be that way.after Craig the gentleman that gave the quote.specifically mentioned that the space needed the duct work "holes patched" between the air handler and the air return.
The installation "BOSS" said "I've had enough from you" and stormed out of my condo. While my call to the company was quickly answered after the incident and I was smothered with apologies for their "hothead, likes his own way" (their words) Installation "Boss". I don't hold out much hope for anything more than excuses when they send the initial Quote employee back to go over the situation.
Given that the expectation when one is paying thousands of dollars for a very important appliance is NOT being shouted at and having the installation Boss through a fit and storm out. I think it best for anyone in need of a New A/C to avoid this company completely!
