I did not actually use the service. But I did call on a Saturday around 4:30 p.m. when an issue came up put the AC unit. Fred the owner did return my call at 8pm. He had asked to send pictures and told me to reach out in the morning if the AC hasn't been resolved by then. I already had an appointment set with a different company but I felt like this was worth mentioning. Appreciate it Fred.

Perfect Degrees is the most professional and reliable installation and repair service I have ever dealt with in over 35 years. The service people are well trained and extremely friendly. The customer service department is always available and well informed. The owner is hands-on, and has always been responsive to my AC issues. Besides being knowledgeable, they are priced very reasonably. Perfect Degrees did a two unit installation last year and the workmanship was exemplary.

Fred and his team is top notch! I had them for maintenance before I decided to replace my system. I am so glad I changed, what a difference and Fred led me through the whole process. I called Perfect Degrees A/C to see if I could get a same day appt. Sarah was amazing at getting all the details making calls and getting me an appt. within a couple hours. Hayden was prompt, friendly and kept me informed on the issues. He made an extra trip back to Boca and returned with the needed part late on a Friday evening to get me back up and running. Couple years ago my air conditioning went out on a Saturday. I could not get anybody to repair it on such short notice. I contacted perfect degrees late Saturday afternoon. Fred came over on Sunday (what AC business comes over on a Sunday at no charge?) at no charge, to diagnose and see if he could get it going. It was shot. He brought me up on the roof (I live in a condo so all the units are on the roof) and gave me an education about all different kinds of air conditioners.

No other company could even deliver an air conditioner before Thursday, but Fred promised me on Monday, the very next day it could be installed He either matched or beat any other price Two years later, we had an issue and Sarah was able to orchestrate their technician Marcos, to come out and repair

Only EXCELLENT experiences with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning over the last six years! Led by the owner Fred Roberts, the technicians operate in the most professional of ways. Great communication about appointments, timing and the work to be done. Once work begins on original equipment or maintenance of existing equipment, the technicians determine what's needed and properly install/fix the air conditioning unit quickly & efficiently.

Shout out to our most recent technician Marco, who called ahead to provide notice of his arrival time, explained the issue clearly and completed all work successfully. Fred is honest and I trust his & his technician's ability to properly assess and solve all my a/c issues. As such, PDAC provides great value and peace of mind in those dire times when the a/c requires attention. 5 out of 5 stars!

Great experience from start to finish. The team at Perfect Degrees was very accommodating to us by agreeing to do our install down in Hollywood, FL after our AC broke.which is not normally their area of service. The owner Fred & manager Sara were always in contact with us throughout the project, plus they made some suggestions that saved us $$ with the roofer and worked around our schedule so that we could get some roof work done at the same time, since we have a rooftop unit. Can't beat the service and care provided by Sara, Fred, Tyrone, Jonathan and the entire Perfect Degrees Team! Our AC is only 3 years old, but was not working as it should because previous company did not properly install the unit. They rebuilt the box, replaced ductwork, added returns and insulation- complete overhaul. System is now working like it should. They are honest, dedicated and do not play games. Team worked late into the night to make sure we had cold air.

The owner Fred and his team ( Tyrone and Jonathan) were wonderful! Their quality and workmanship can not be beat. Their prices were fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure my air conditioning system was working properly (which it was not). I highly recommend them. A great honest company, which is so hard to find in South Florida.

Had them do a lot of work on the system, replace the ducts, service the unit. AC backing up every couple of months, not responsive specially for after hour emergency services. Never paperwork on site. Always something new they didn't see before. You're fired. Signed up with Air America then I found out. Glad no longer doing business.

I've used this company for numerous projects on rental properties as well as my home. There is always a problem. Fred, the owner has promised to repair/correct the issues however some of the issues were never fixed. A new AC in my home has had a leak since the first day and the motor outside "makes a strange noise". Fred never repaired the leak so we need service frequently. Granted Fred did not charge for the service calls at first.

He kept promising to fix the problem or replace the unit. Never happened. When I finally asked him to replace the unit once and for all, his office manager (and girlfriend) told me I should find someone else to service my AC. Similar issues with new installs at a few rentals. Fred makes a lot of promises and I believe he intends to honor his promises.

He grew his business very fast and just cannot maintain good customer service UPDATE: I just had Air Around the Clock our to fix the issues Fred gave me the runaround with. Both units are under manufacturers warranties and both are defective. (Have been since day one. Of course because the first year is over, I have to pay labor so for two units it's over $1500 in labor. Unfortunately if Fred had been more reliable, it would have been 100% warrantied.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would do it and I am a tough judge. My air conditioner went out on Saturday, it was a 12-year-old unit so I expected to replace it The company I have a service contract with came out Saturday to assess the situation and, yes I do need a new system. I called perfect degrees Saturday evening thinking I would get an answering service or Machine, wanting a 2nd opinion The owners wife (Sara) answered and the owner Fred, came out EASTER Sunday morning at no charge to take a look at my system. (nobody else would come out on a Sunday) Long story short he got me a new system in on Monday at a great price.

My service contract company that I had previously? Called me Monday morning to give me a quote. His price was DOUBLE what perfect degrees was for the same unit! I reported that price to Fred. Fred's response "I don't price gouge" You will not need a second opinion if you hire Fred

If times aren't tough enough, the last thing we needed was for our AC to start blowing hot air. It was 89° inside my house. Fred's team was fast to respond, courteous, clean, and very knowledge. Every step of the way we were informed on what was happening. The office staff was amazing and sympathetic to what we were going through as well as. understanding our concerns having someone in the house during this pandemic.

Our technician wore a mask and gloves the entrie time and kept a 6' distance but it didn't feel cold, just cautious about everyone's health. Bottom line, call Perfect Degrees if your AC is on the fritz or it's time for AC maintenance. I'm going to make sure that I keep their number handy.

I am super happy with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning. They have a no nonsense approach to doing business. From the estimate procedure which was very quick and very actuate. The equipment they offered up was only the best, which was a comfort that others did not offer. I had great confidence that they were the company I was going with. A team of two technicians and the owner showed up on time, and approached the job with great proficiency.

Every man knew his job went to work immediately, their attention to details was very impressive. In the total of 3 hours not only did I have cold air again, Perfect Degrees treated my home with great care that my wife never knew they were here. From the trucks, to their uniforms, and most of all their courtesy attitude demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and pride.

From the beginning it was clear Perfect Degrees was responsible for the damage caused by their company. We hired a third party company thinking Perfect Degrees would appreciate the facts. Their report ( documentation and pictures) confirmed the obvious; poor workmanship caused water damage. We met with the owner of the company in the hopes of coming to some resolution.

He dismissed all responsibility; causing us to seek legal advise. This company is the Perfect example of why homeowners cringe when they have to hire a company they have not previously used. Horrific workmanship, even worse customer service.

I just closed on a home but the AC was leaking. They quoted us 125 to come out which eventually turned into 240 to clean out a clog which they said was causing the leak. Fine, no problem. He told my husband the problem would be fixed at that point. It obviously wasn't and still was leaking after turning it back on. At that point he said that the unit had to be replaced and it was done.

He quoted him $5500 to replace the unit. I, obviously being a new homeowner with a ton of expenses couldn't do that, so he told him we couldn't. He paid the fee that shouldn't have been like that in the first place (he even tried to start working before telling my husband it was $240) and he left. I had another ac specialist come out today and he further cleaned it out as the guy from this company did a shoddy job of it and the problem was remedied.

He told us the AC has AT LEAST 3 more years on it and that it works perfectly fine. He informed us as well that if we did have to replace the unit it would be $3500 installed and that this guy's pricing was bogus and they were crooks to even quote that. Another AC guy who our listing agent used himself quoted us $3200 for a new unit as well. Needless to say I'm shocked at the good reviews of this company because they were willing to screw and swindle a new homeowner as well as bait and switch them from $125 to $240 and do absolutely nothing for us. We paid him to basically half ass clean out the clog and give us an outrageous quote.

I can't say enough good things about Fred and his company! I had called 3 other companies to come and fix my ac before I found Perfect Degrees. All the other companies either never called back, never showed up or didn't even answer the phone. I'm so glad they were all as bad as they were cause I never would have found Perfect Degrees.

They answered the phone on the first call, Fred the owner came out to see me the same day and had an estimate that same day as well. He was kind, courteous and clean, even vacuuming my lobby before he left. Sarah in the office stayed in constant contact with me about my parts arrival and when to schedule my repair. The crew Conrad and Christian show up the day of the install super quick and had everything done just as quick. Fred and his entire crew are amazing and I can't recommend them enough and they will always be my go to for AC repairs. Thank you so much!

Although we had issues originally, the owner has since gone dramatically out of his way to correct the problem. I am very impressed with the integrity and honestly of this company. In the future, if I am in need of air conditioning service I will be contacting them again. It is not everyday you find someone who cares so much for his customers.

To anyone who requires Air Conditioning or Plumbing Service (All of South Florida!) The VERY BEST is Fred and his staff at Perfect Degrees. You can expect NOTHING from this company but the HIGHEST quality work at fair prices and whatever Fred recommends, you can "take it to the bank" that he will make it his sole purpose to do the job promptly, meticulously and that he will PERSONALLY stand behind anything that he says or does.

Action speaks louder than words. YOU WILL BE SATISFIED. He is virtually the only contractor that I have EVER dealt with that takes care of EVERYBODY like they are immediate family. They have your best interests in mind when they recommend a repair or equipment replacement. SLEEP COMFORTABLE PEOPLE, I sure do! Normally I don't take the time to write a review. but I have to say with the maintenance call they went above and beyond what I've normally had done. Conrad was thorough and explained things in a patient and careful manner. I was very impressed with how he checked things, cleaned and gave me a good check up! I recommend them 100%!

Whoever was driving the company truck today at 6:09pm westbound on Commercial Blvd., hopping on the turnpike northbound, is seemingly-- and both equally-- reckless and a slob. Yes, people noticed your trash driving and littering. The person threw a (beverage) can, with contents still in, out the window onto the sidewalk where people are walking. Plus, speeding and driving recklessly onto the turnpike. In a place like S. Florida where everyone needs a good A/C company, we absolutely pay attention to vans advertising their company. This is one I will not be calling. Gross.

This is the A/C company you want to work with, hands down! They are extremely professional and go well above and beyond their duty. We had some issues with our warranty because the place we bought our A/C from never registered the unit. Perfect Degrees not only fixed our A/C but also helped us through trying to resolve the warranty issue (just. amazing customer service).

They show up on time, put booties on over their shoes, and are beyond nice. Plus, they are transparent about cost and price and gave us an awesome deal! I truly can't say enough good things.

Update: Since the "experts" at Perfect Degrees told us. well, your compressor is running hot, it's gonna cook your thermostat, and you really need a new $5400 unit. we were concerned. and wanted a second opinion. Today, a second opinion arrived (from a very well known firm). who told us, "don't touch a thing, it's all good." Wow. Maybe it's just me, but when a fast-talking AC fellow gets on the FaceTime with an elderly family member, telling them something is really bad, that's concerning. Hence this review. And for the record, that elderly family member didn't want me to write this review.

Fred and the guys are amazing, not only came out to my house within 2 hours of calling, they fixed the issue in no time, made a modification so I won't have to worry about it again, and also serviced my second ac unit! I would definitely recommend to anyone with an ac unit!

Fred is amazing!! The company is amazing!! My a/c turned off and I couldn't figure out why. Turns out my lines needed to be flushed. He had someone out that night to fix it. He also, installed a new a/c unit at my parents house. Gave us a quote on a Monday and had the unit installed and running great on a Wednesday morning. This is the company I will continue to use and have already given out tons of recommendations to family and friends. Keep up the awesome job!!

I love my new AC! I bought my house knowing that one day I would need to replace the entire AC unit. That day finally came so I did my due diligence. I talked to friends, family and neighbors, got quotes from several different AC companies, big and small. After talking to them all, I chose the talents of Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning to do the job. Fred, the owner, spent the time to go over all my options, he was the only one to pull my house square footage so we knew exactly what size unit was needed.

He knew how to quickly get the permits through. He gave me the installation date and it was much sooner than I expected. When the day came, Fred and his crew was ready to go nice and early. Once the installation began, they discovered water damage around the base of the intake air handler, from an ongoing drainage line water leak. Fred showed me the damage then simply sent one of his crew to get the necessary wood needed to repair it.

They completely rebuilt the frame and base of the intake air handler at no extra charge. They even replaced my old intake grill, along with (6) state-of-the-art, replacement air filters, an (18) month supply. Once the installation was completed, they replaced my old thermostat with a new digital one. Fred took the time to program it and showed me how to use all the features.

Now I can control and monitor my AC anywhere in the world. I love it! Everything exceeded my expectations. If you need ANY AC work done, Fred and Perfect Degrees is the ONLY company to use. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Fred and Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning for a job well done.

All I can say is, WOW! As a mother of three children, coming home to a thermostat reading of 84 degrees is devastating. I didn't know what to do! I called Perfect Degrees and the owner, Fred, himself, came to my home and remedied the problem in NO TIME!

Hands down - absolutely the best air conditioning company in South Florida! Unfortunately, for the past 16 years, I've painstakingly used a few other local AC companies and went through so much money and a new unit (that never ran efficiently because it was installed incorrectly from the start). I only wish I would have learned of Perfect Degrees much sooner.

These guys are so honest and do such incredible work. Had a complete new unit installed and I couldn't be happier with the unit, the installation process (these guys were so clean and respected my home) and their professionalism from start to finish!
