Palm Air

I had the pleasure of having Christopher come out to our business and help us figure out what issues we were having with our A/C unit. We are a preschool therefore, it is of the utmost importance to maintain the safety of our students while still getting our A/C up and running properly. Christopher was able to do this with no issues. I must say if I could give anything greater than 5 stars Christoper and Palm Air would have a galaxy. I must add that he was very well prepared and had everything that was needed in hand to assure that the job got done the same day. I would 100% recommend this company.

I called Palm Air because they have maintained my A/C system satisfactorily for several years now. Christopher visited and it was a pleasure to work with him. He is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He advised that the system was beyond economical repair ( it is 15 years old ) and arranged to get me a quote for a new system. I posted a very positive review almost 1 year ago, and everything was excellent. Now it's a year later, and they returned for our 2nd routine maintenance, and they haven't forgotten us. They called when it was time, scheduled an appointment at a convenient time, came on time, spent a long time, were friendly and explained everything to me as they did for my first a routine maintenance.

Everything has been great. We did have an issue, but nothing to shut down any of our units, and they came back right away and resolved the issue. We purchased three 5 stage Carrier units, expensive but so quiet you can't tell when they're on and don't feel the cold air blowing as I had with my old units. Even the outside units are real quiet, you need to get right next to them to hear a sound. Arnold Frances A happy customer

Caleb was amazing at fixing our AC unit issue. He was responsive, attentive, and thorough in his work. Caleb was able to repair our system and restored the cool air in our very hot house! I just want to commend Palm Aire AC for hiring such incredible people like Christopher! He exceeded and providing exemplary excellent customer service right at the introduction and throughout the service call! He made wife and I feel more than comfortable and with his experience and knowledge as well as his explanation of the process of his diagnosis so that we could understand.

Bruce arrived quickly and was very helpful with our AC maintenance. Our unit was running but struggling with the recent humidity and getting pretty noisy. My family and I have used Palm Air Air Conditioning, Inc for years, they have always been a company that we can trust, that always will tell you what's best for your homes A.C. The employees are always very personable, however they're some that go above and beyond and Tell you everything step-by-step what is going on. I believe that (Ed C. )Is one of these employees, he went above and beyond what I could expect.

My entire unit was frozen over, I needed a new fan motor installed including a full service of my A.C.Unit. He went above and beyond for what I could imagine for customer service. He was so friendly, informative and got the job done. I will definitely be requesting him in my future service calls. It's very hard to find employees like him these days.! I have used Palm Air for several years across two houses. They are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Their techs are all great (and I do think I have met just about all of them, more a statement on my first house and not them) and I highly recommend them. Their maintenance program is fairly priced and they are proactive in their approach to service. I am a very satisfied customer.

We have used Palm Air for over 12 years. They installed our first unit since living here and recently installed a new unit. When we were in need of a new one, they came to our house right away and they were able to install a new AC unit the next day. We also use their maintenance program and they are very good about calling to make the bi yearly apts to check on the units. Everyone is very professional and nice.

Palm Air, under the supervision of Kyle, replaced our through-the-wall A/C system. They arrived on schedule and took great care to protect floors and furniture. They worked in a thoroughly professional manner and were a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and giving their company a five star rating.
