Hands down best service I've had in a long time! From my first call with Jenna who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and find answers on the spot by calling their manufacture, I was shocked! Had a tech out to measure and quote us within 2 days! Scheduled the install the following week! Start to finish took 8 days to have a complete brand new installed door. It's beautiful, priced below Home Depot - who were rude anyway and estimated 4-6 months! Would absolutely recommend these guys for any new install, replacement or repair! They also support military.

Needed two springs installed on my garage door and Alec and Max were at my house within 30 minutes of calling. Got the job done in a hour. Explained what need to be replaced and installed. Great service would highly recommend.

The level of the prompt service was great. My door decided to get sideways and too Fubar'd for me to fix it. They came right out within an hr on a Saturday to fix it. Made my worries go away. These guys were great. After a number of garage door repair places told me they couldn't work on my bypass doors, Sac's didn't hesitate. They were able to get doors that hadn't operated in decades working properly. They were sensitive to my schedule and they were transparent in their estimates. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Sac's Door Repair. My garage door wouldn't open due to a broken spring. My car was stuck inside. It is Christmas Eve. I call up Sac's expecting to hear a recorded message that they're off for the Holiday. Much to my surprise they answered and made me a priority. By 9:15 AM they were looking at my door to give me an estimate.

I was happy with the cost. Their costs are competitive with all the other door companies. The Technician was named Benjamin and he was very professional, customer focused, as well as he was experienced. He replaced 2 springs and all the rollers on a 600 lb. garage door in about 60-75 minutes. I highly recommend SACS.

I called on a Sunday and the mechanic, Ben Z, called me back within 30 minutes to schedule a time for Monday morning. He was on time and professional - and fixed my door in about 30 minutes. I am beyond happy, especially since it's supposed to rain for a week and my door is working perfectly.

We had an amazing experience with this company. The garage door went out of track and we struggled all day to fix it but the spring came off it got even more crooked. I was schedule an appointment right away and got a courtesy call when the technician was running late. The service was phenomenal with professionalism and really good quality work. For urgent appointments, it was very affordable too!

Chris was excellent, speedy, efficient. Very courteous and helped us with decisions on what to do now and what to consider doing in the future to keep our garage doors working well.

Really great service from start to finish. Called Sac's Garage Door Repair late in the evening after having my garage door mechanism fail. Got an appt for a free estimate for the next day. They came out and explained the cost of repairing and/or replacing our unit - turned out to be better to replace as our unit was 25+ years old. With replacement there were two options - (1) purchase the unit on our own and pay $220 for installation, or (2) have them purchase and replace ($600).

We went with (1) and bought the new unit they recommended on Amazon which allowed us to save some money. Installation was a breeze - two installers came on time and took them no longer than 30 minutes. They also explained how to set up the units wifi. All in all - highly recommend.

Qiuck response, kept in touch on the schedule and completed the work promptly. Great job! 5 stars.

Time for a rating downgrade. One of our door-openers started to fail a couple of weeks ago. We called this company and a technician came out for a look and checked the motor -- thought he fixed it and charged us approximately $175. Well, it failed again this week. This time a different technician came out and declared the motor FUBAR -- $780 to replace it.

Not only that, but because one of our vehicles is 20 years old we required an additional component to program the new opening device into the car's HomeLink system -- another $39 plus an additional $99 service charge because the technician didn't have the item with him. The problem occurred when I started adding up the charges. Seems to me the $175 should have been deducted from the $780, and that the additional service charge should have been waived.

So I called the company and spoke to someone named Esther, who at first told me that the pricing would be whatever the technicians said it would be. The technicians are deciding that? WTF? I then asked to speak to the owner of the company. Instead, Esther called me back and said she had spoken to both technicians and that the first one charged us for a tune-up of the garage doors, even though we called him to fix the motor.

And the second technician said he "misspoke" and we would only be charged for the part. But when he got to our house he asked for $99 -- I paid him $39. Something is squirrelly with this company. I'm done doing business with it.

Alec came to assess why our door was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue and not related to the garage door/motor. He was very knowledgeable and patiently made sure I had a good understanding of the problem and possible choices moving forward. After the electrical issue was fixed I called back for more assistance and they were able to walk me through fixing it over the phone. Another excellent experience with this company. Thank you!

My garage door kept catching and not closing all the way I was so concerned that it was going to be costly because the door was put onto the house when it was built in 1967. But Chris came out and said that it's just a little hardware and needs a tuneup and only cost me $128. I'm so grateful. And he was so professional and nice and friendly, and clean cut. So grateful!

Chris was able to talk my cheap skate landlord into replacing all the broken hardware and making the garage door work better than it did when I first moved in. He even reinforces the door panels which cause the door to breakdown in the firsts place.

I had contacted Sac's Garage Door Repair, among some others to fix the untimely demise of a torsion spring. We contacted them and within a couple of hours of our call they had someone at our house to provide an estimate. The price quoted was in line with the average quoted and he stated that he would be able to fix it immediately. Due to the price, the ability to fix it immediately and the expression that he could fix it without difficulty We jumped at the chance.

Some other companies had stated that the fact that the torsion springs had been painted that it might cost more and gave me a price range. I was skeptical of this and was happy that Sac's didn't try to quote me a higher price. Sac's was able to remove the springs with ease and have both of them replaced under an hour. Unfortunately that wasn't the end of my problems as the carriage of the operator had been damaged and needed to replaced. Sac's technician offered some options on how I could fix it myself or they could provide the service to install a new operator.

I appreciated their candor and decided to go another direction as the fix I could complete myself. I enjoyed the customer service aspect from this company and will definitely consider them for any future work on our garage door.

Sacs garage door was great! The technician quickly diagnosed what was wrong with the door and gave me an estimate for the repairs within minutes of looking at it. I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced. He also noticed that one of the cables was starting to fray and explained what could happen if it snaps! He replaced the spring, cables and also swapped out my old rollers to heavy duty nylon rollers.

My garage door works better then it did before it needed repairs. I'm so happy I went with this company. I will definitely use them for any future repairs and highly recommend them if you are looking for fast, honest and reliable work!

I've used them to install a new garage door. The staff was wonderful. I found them to be professional, clean up after they finished the job, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend them! If you need a dependable garage door installer do give them a try. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Hm, a couple of months ago I would have given this a higher rating. Had my garage door "serviced" by a tech who seemed really knowledgeable and told me my door, which had worked for the last 50 years had the wrong size wheels installed. Not to worry he fixed it for $700! That seemed great, until it stopped working 3 days later when the same wheel kept coming out of its track; see photo. Sadly I had an out-of-country emergency and couldn't call them back for 3 months.

I asked them to come fix their work and they wanted to charge me. Then said (literal quote) "it was ridiculous that I mentioned my own wheels had been the wrong size" - this was what their tech had told me! (So, if ridiculous I recommend you don't have your staff say this.) Bottomline they wanted to charge me to repair their $700 repair and when I refused the owner made a big deal of "how he would honor it this time." Just looked it up, CA state requires licensed contractors to guarantee their work between 1 and 10 years. I'm hoping this is a one-off bad experience and if you choose to business with them, I hope your experience is fantastic.

First the good. They were able to give me an appointment the day after I called and provided a 2 hour window. The technician came looked over the door and explained the issue. Got the estimate and the tech got to work. 25 minutes later, I have a functioning garage door. No mess, no unnecessary upseliing, and a job well done. He also explained what the previous person who worked on the door did incorrectly and made the necessary adjustments.

The bad. The appointment window was 9 to 11 an. I called at 11:15 to ask if the person is showing up. They explained the prior job was taking longer than expected and the tech would arrive shortly. Small issue but I should not have had to call.they put the tech should have communicated this to me. Small communication issue but not enough to knock down the rating. I would definitely recommend this company.

I love that they called ahead of time and gave me notice that they would be arriving soon. Both technicians were very nice and did a great job in a timely manner. Now I can go about my day. Thank you!

Contacted Sac's garage door and gate repair for a quote on my garage door. My previous one was ancient and it gave me a lot of trouble. Not only that but I left a chair underneath the garage door by accident and while the previous door was closing, due to the chair the door got bent and bent the rails. Basically it wasn't repairable. I knew I would have to get a whole new setup which I didn't mind because as stated my previous system was from the early 90's.

They came out and gave me a quote and went over door colors and window cut options. I wanted my new garage door to have windows (this is optional). They gave me a great price for a new lift master which is Bluetooth accessible and new rails, basically the works. They came out the next day and installed. I installed the app myself on my smartphone and now can close my garage from anywhere or even check if my garage is left open by accident and close it. Great service! Thank you! Will be recommending more clients!

To be honest, they were quick and fast, I called that morning and got serviced before my quoted time. The pricing was high but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I paid for the convenience and my technician came in and did his job as stated.

They came out to give us an estimate and quoted $285 parts and $250 for labor and said it would only take 20min! The company who installed the door for us also gave us a quote and it was only $285 for parts, labor, and a general servicing. It's crazy that this place charges $750 an hour for labor (20min * 3). I'm sure they probably do quality work (as stated in the other reviews) but this is why we always get multiple quotes for any home projects.

Nick was super quick to get something scheduled and get his guy Eli out to my house. Eli was professional and quick when he arrived. He helped me understand that the motor I had purchased at Costco wouldn't be sufficient for my garage door setup, and set me up with a net cheaper option where he installed a stronger motor at a lower labor rate. After installation was done, Nick was quick to help me troubleshoot my sensor alignment. Good service, reasonable rates, prompt replies.

Had an appointment from 2-4pm and tech never showed up. Called company at 4:20pm and was advised they would contact tech and he has been backed up all day. At 4:30pm received phone call from representative of company that they are backed up and would need to reschedule another day. Advised we would go with another company. Bad customer service, when they don't verify appointment and let customer know they are running late or will need to reschedule.

The customer has to contact company for any updates. I would not recommend this company, unless you like a wasted day waiting for no one to show up and garage door is still broken.

Fantastic! Well deserving of 5 stars. Called these guys on a Tuesday night after 5 PM and they had someone out to the house the next morning a little after 7 AM. Chris did a great job addressing the issue with one of our doors and took the time to service the other three. Great communication and excellent work. I would definitely use them again.

Nick Did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. He also saw that I installed the opener improperly, so he put some new brackets on for me and adjusted it. door works like new. I would highly recommend SACS for your garage door repair needs.
