This service is generally needed when a garage door is hit while not in operation and a repair cannot be made. A technician will determine at the jobsite if the option of replacing garage door sections is possible. Most garage door sections are replaceable and the only contingency is if the make and model of the section is discontinued by its manufacturer.

These prices all include taking out the existing door opener. All openers come with wiring, wall button, a pair of safety sensors, mounting brackets, and an FREE remote when you mention where you found us. All openers will be given a 1-2 year installation warranty by us. Our openers also come with built-in, standard functions for the ultimate in safety, convenience and power.
Damaged Panels

This service is generally needed when a door is hit while not in operation. Most damaged garage door panels cannot be repaired due to the extent of the damage, but usually they can be replaced. A technician will diagnose the extent of the damage at the jobsite, and when a repair can be done the technician will determine what hardware is needed.

I am a Property Manager and the first time I used them my sister had just moved up here and here garage door would not open. It was a weekend and they came and fix the door, and recommended that in the future she should think about getting a new unit. What I like about their service, is they give good, fair service and offer you options. They don't pressure you to purchase something at the moment you are already in a crisis. Had called a different company that I'd seen good reviews from on Nextdoor, but due to the old school style of my door, they couldn't help me and referred me to 1A. I was fully expecting a long wait, but Vince was able to come by on his way home and exchange out all four garage door springs the same day! Super nice, super fast and professional and yay for working garage doors! I've dealt with a lot of different workers since I bought this house in 2020 and this was a great experience! Amazing customer service! 1A responded quickly and addressed all of my service needs. They originally installed my garage door back in 2017 and it was still running great but I just needed a little maintenance for some squeaks and to relocated to control pad. Throughout the whole experience Vince communicated clearly and even informed me about wifi capabilities that I didn't know my garage door had. Amazing service and experience. I highly recommend them for all your installation and service needs. The will stand by their work 100%.

I called and talked with the owner of the company who was very professional, told him I wanted a good long lasting insulated garage door. Given several options my parents really liked the more expensive door which was outside the budget. The owner was very kind and gave us a one time deal, 15 percent off the price. Very pleased with the work and love the customer service provided. Highly recommend.

Great Service from 1A Garage Doors. A++. Needed a repair done on our home garage doors. Called them and they came out same day, analyzed the issue and gave us a few options to choose from. Loved this. Once I choose the option, they implemented the fix immediately. They called a few days later to ensure everything was working properly. For a Saturday, Vince answered the phone, came out quickly and on time. He reviewed the situation, made suggestions DID NOT SELL but made suggestions of what the situation was and gave me options for repairs. He was quick, very polite and a true professional. He declined work on the door opener saying it was still working fine but explained what my options would be going forward. I called 1A Advanced Garage Doors at 10:30 in the morning to fix a broken spring. I had a technician at my home within in the hour and the problem fixed within 20 minutes!
