I came home one day to a popped garage door spring. I called All in One because they had great reviews. Nick answered right away, gave me a quote and answered all of my extra question call backs. He replaced the spring and I had access to my car again. If you need garage door work done, give him a call.

I had two garage door opener's installed on Tuesday. My garage door wouldn't open and I had to park outside. The owner came over on Memorial Day to assess the problem. He came within an hour. The technician showed up promptly at 0900. The doors were operational by 1130. There was a follow-up the next day. I was impressed with the work performance of the technician. The owner performed the follow-up work himself. I highly recommend this business.

I want to give a huge shout out on the ememplary work from Victor at Allin One Garage Doors. I previously went through another garage repare company last year who was trying to have me replace my entire garage door rather than just fix the broken bracket. I called All in One and they promptly came out to fix the broken bracket. I had another recent situation that I needed help with and they once again came out and promptly fixed our garage door. I give All in One my thumbs up and definitely recommend working with them if you want an honest assesment, quick and quality repair at a fair price.

My garage door was not closing all the way so I called so I could get some help troubleshooting what was going on. Instead of charging me for someone to come and take a look, Juan talked me through over the phone how to adjust the travel. It worked and I so appreciated his help!

I called Victor on a holiday for a price quote for him to come out and take a look at out garage door. He picked up right away and asked me what issue we were having. I told him what issue we were having and he was gracious enough to help me over the phone to fix my issue without a charge. When we need service for our garage door we will be calling him back! Called for an estimate. Victor was able to diagnose a bad motor by sound and pictures of the issue. Received a reasonable quote over the phone. I had a technician at my house within an hour of the call. Paul was kind, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Within three hours of the call I had a brand new garage door opener installed. Replaced a 40+ year old opener. Great service. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service - incredibly knowledgeable and thorough! We met with two other garage door companies before Victor came to the rescue, one of the other companies couldn't get the part we needed and the other one installed an incomplete part that left the door inoperable. Victor came out and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed several other issues the other two companies had ignored (uncoiled cable, misaligned door, and oiled the chain).

Our garage door broke on Friday afternoon with no way for me to lower it safely. I called All In One Garage Doors and they sent a technician out within 30 minutes who lowered it. They came the following Monday morning and installed a new door. By far one of the most responsive, professional companies in the Sacramento region.

Victor and the All in One Doors company really came through with an excellent repair. Our garage door - which was very old and very heavy - fell in the recent earthquake and got stuck. This was a potentially dangerous situation if the door had fallen on anyone, so this repair had to be completed quickly. Victor not only had to cut the old door off to complete the repair, but had to replace damaged wood as well.

The finished result is professional and the wood work is elegant and well done. We also appreciate that he was willing to come out after the initial work to make minor changes at no extra charge. They are also very responsive and punctual, which is hugely important with any repair work but especially in an emergency! Would recommend to anyone as the best company with the most reasonable costs. Thank you All in One Doors!

Garage door cables came unwound and the door slammed shut causing some bottom panel damage. Victor answered my call and after sending a few pictures he said the door was definitely salvageable versus replacement. Within an hour or so from first calling, Paul arrived and with expert craftsmanship repaired the door and straightened the bottom panel.

Garage door works like new again! Both of these gentlemen definitely take pride in their approach to service and customer commitment! I will be calling this company again for future maintenance and possible door replacement when the time comes. Thank you again for taking pride in your work Paul, it shows!

Wow! This is what great customer service is all about. I called a different company who installed my garage door springs so I thought they would help. They were horrible (Eudy). Victor at All In One Doors was so helpful. Walked me through steps by phone, super patient. When he came to adjust the sensors, they magically worked. He didn't even charge me for the trip. Super friendly, helpful and customer oriented. I'll do business with them from now on and refer my clients. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Professional, trustworthy, and responsive. Victor was very responsive at ~8 PM when I initiated an inquiry on Yelp. He was honest and accommodating. When I said I needed the replacement ASAP, he gave me honest prices and timeframes. He suggested that I call around, to see if I could find someone who could replace the door more quickly, as he was the first responding company to my inquiry and he couldn't get the replacement until the following week.

After speaking with 4 other companies, although he wasn't the fastest, I chose his company because he felt the most trustworthy. He made a service call the next day, free of charge with a signed contrast, to secure and close my broken door so my family and I would be safe until the replacement. My dog trusted him as well (not a common occurrence). Turns out, his replacement date was more timely than the other four companies with whom I'd spoken (prices were standard across the board).

The inquiry was made on Thurs evening~ 8 PM. My broken door was closed and secured by 8:30 AM the next day, and my new door replaced by Tues~ noon, professionally, courteously, and just as promised. What more could you want or expect! Thank you Victor!

Victor was a delight to work with. We had many delays in getting our new garage door due to covid issues at the factory. We had to wait many months until our door was delivered and installed. Called and left a message about my garage door not opening. All in One Doors called me back right away and helped diagnose the issue over the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. Paul came this morning, on time and the phone diagnoses was correct. Paul came prepared with the replacement springs and fixed our garage in 30 minutes. All in One Doors was efficient, clear and accommodating. Excellent service with no fuss. Just what you need when you need a home repair!

I had a problem with my garage door not going all the way down. Victor first tried to fix the problem for free over the phone. After a few minutes and several suggestions later, it still did not go down. So he came out in person and (again for free) fixed a problem with one of the sensors--in about 2 minutes. We were looking to have a garage door replaced and I reached out to 5 companies. Victor responded quickly and gave us a quote that was significantly less ($600) compared to other companies. He was upfront and extremely transparent. That was my biggest complaint with the other company quotes. No one could actually give us an exact final price. The custom door was ordered to specs, and we even got a free upgrade.

I give my highest recommendation to Victor for his integrity and his services, and will be going to him again with any future garage door issues. My garage door remote stopped working despite replacing the battery and the door working with my other remote. I messaged Victor along with three other businesses inquiring about the problem and estimates for repairing/replacing my malfunctioning remote. Victor replied back within minutes late in the evening and was the only one who offered to call me for free and work through the problem over a conversation.

He explained to me I can easily replace the remote at Home Depot with a new one and reprogram it myself. He said if I was still having issues he would come out to my home for a free estimate. The three other businesses I messaged on yelp were quoting $40-50 estimates, $40-50 for the remote, and ~$100 to program it. Because of Victor's honest advice, it cost me $35 total, and the reprogramming took 10 minutes of youtube and less than a minute of hands-on time.

Two other businesses were even suggesting I replace my entire garage door even though it was only my remote that stopped working. In sum, Victor was expeditious in his response, honest in his appraisal of the problem, and did not try to up-charge me like the other businesses. It was incredibly heartwarming to come across a business-person with integrity like Victor, especially when it comes to issues I have little knowledge about and wouldn't know any better.
