Cross Cleaning Company did a terrific job installing floors throughout our house! They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They guided us through the entire process from beginning to end. We especially appreciated their suggestions about the size of the wood and what direction to lay the wood. We recommend them highly.

Cross Cleaning Company advertised in a home magazine that came in the mail. We had never heard of them, but knew our floors needed attention. The grout in the kitchen and many other areas of our house had turned almost black instead of the light tan color they used to be. We like what we heard so we took a chance and hired them to clean and color seal (basically like repainting) the grout lines.
Our house is very large, so It was no easy task. It took the crew about 2 1/2 days, but WOW!, our flors look incredible. We can't and don't recommend every company that has worked in our home, but we definitely recommend and appreciate Cross Cleaning.

The team from Cross cleaning company did a fabulous job of refinishing our pre war parquet floors and applying a beautiful new mahogany finish. Their team really took the time to fix gaps and other issues in these old floors so that the finished product made our floor look literally brand new. It's so hard to find professionals who are dedicated to their work and fully fulfill on their promises - but Cross Cleaning Company team deliver the goods. That I took the time to wright this reviews is the strongest endorsement I can make for their work and the value they deliver.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire Cross Cleaning. We live in a gated community on the North side and knowing who to trust is difficult. We have been told that a lot of companies want to work in this neighborhood because they think we have money. We are blessed, but we aren't made of money and sometimes as an older couple, we worry about being taken advantage of. However, our experience with Cross Cleaning was amazing.
They were running a few minutes behind, but they called us and let us know. When they arrived, they were professional, efficient and well trained. We have about 3000 square feet or porcelain tile no easy task but it turned out so lovely. My neighbors saw it and asked for the company's number. We would use them again.

Cross Cleaning is an AMAZING company. We first hired them to clean our kitchen tile, then we had them come back and clean our restrooms and back patio. That's when we discovered they also do stained concrete and epoxy garages, so we had them stain our front patio and install our epoxy garage. Every experience we had with this company has been A++

We have a very old Saltillo tile floor that needed work. We tried cleaning it but nothing worked. After contacting every cleaning company in our town with no options, we called Cross Cleaning. Tommy came out to give us an estimate, and at that time, gave us 3 cleaning options with 3 different prices. We chose the most aggressive option. They were able to move us up on the schedule, were very professional and stayed in contact with us throughout the process.
When it was decided we would need an even more aggressive process, they honored the original price. They worked all day Friday and Saturday, until they were finished. They were very respectful and professional. Our floors look amazing! I would gladly work with them again and recommend them to my friends.

Talk about AWESOME! I was in desperate need of getting my floor tile cleaned before we put our house on the market to sell. I called Cross Cleaning Company (on a Thursday), to see if they could clean my floors that Saturday morning. I must admit, I was expecting a hard "NO", because it was a last minute call. However, after I spoke with Tommy and explained my situation, he decided to help us out!
The team members promptly arrived at 9 am (scheduled cleaning time), and got right to work. To say the floors looked better after completion would be a complete understatement. They looked amazing! I highly recommend anyone needing tile cleaning services to use Cross Cleaning Company.
