The first step we take is to inspect your carpet and assess its current condition as to age, type of carpet, level of soil and spots and stains. All spots such as gum, grease, tar, wax, shoe polish, asphalt, and other soils are pre-treated with one of our select professional spotters. Stains are also pretreated with the appropriate product especially formulated for that stain.
