Critical: Quality They forgot about my appointment to remove a pet stain on my area rug, and when they finally arrived they were over 2 hours late. We honestly cannot tell they did anything but get the carpet wet. The pet smell is still present - certainly did not smell like "lemony disinfectant" and was a waste of time and $150 Services: Pet stain & odor removal, Area rug cleaning, General carpet cleaning

Danny and his team did a phenomenal job at our office. We had some pretty nasty stains across four rooms and now they are not visible. He was able to work around my schedule to make it happen the day I needed, all within a few days notice. Great company - hopefully I will not need a major carpet cleaning but if I do I'll call this team.

Danny and Luis did an outstanding job when I brought my water-damaged vehicle in to be cleaned. I have never had a company or employees go so above and beyond to fix an issue! They were both very helpful, professional, and had a good sense of humor. They made my time there fun and engaging. Danny and Luis did a quick and thorough job and even gave me advice on other things about my vehicle!
The pricing, just like the service, was also excellent. As a carpet cleaning service, I wasn't even sure they could work on car upholstery but I'm happy I called to find out. If you're looking for an exceptional carpet cleaning or detailing place, congratulations--you've found it.

After reading the reviews I thought there we would be another satisfied customer. However, after waiting for a few hours the first scheduled appointment we called and were reassured that it was a one time mistake. The OWNER said he would personally come out and do the job himself. WELL, here we are an hour AFTER the scheduled appointment and no one has called or shown up.
I understand that life happens, but be considerate of other people's time. Yet again, we reached out to the company to find out what happened. The guy was under the weather and wouldn't make it out for another 2 hours. No thank you, we'll take our business elsewhere.
