Seriously impressed with how clean the carpets became! They weren't horrible in the first place, but it's been 5 years at least since they've been professionally cleaned. So it was time, and a new pet decided to make one spot their latrine. They used an overnight enzyme cleaner, and within hours of spraying that enzyme cleaner the stains were already lifting! Well worth the minimal extra cost if you have pets! 10/10, I would recommend and have them back out when it's time to clean the carpets again!

He was quick and efficient and before leaving let me know what he had done and how long it would take for the carpet to dry.
