Great company. Honest workers and they get the job done. We had a bad ant infestation and they helped us quickly!

My landlord sends them out n they been coming here for a year or 2 now. Still have the same problem. Very unprofessional when you break something in someone's home n try to hide it. Yes they tried to hide it. I would give them no stars if i could. They don't know what they are doing or not using the right stuff. Should have to have the same treatments being done for over a year.

I love them sooooooo very much. Mrs. May your light shines through the phone. Customer service is EVERYTHING! This company is SUPER RESPONSIVE, REASONABLY PRICED & THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company with knowledgeable employees. Ten stars.

Prompt, honest, and knowledgeable. Yudy (owner) came out to inspect for a potential wasp problem, and was honest in stating that there was nothing he could do to prevent wasps from entering our home. Could have easily charged a service call fee, but visit was free. Will definitely be calling for any future extermination needs.

I have been contracting queen b pest services for a few years. They are not only responsive and reasonably priced they are in fact good at what they do. I am very happy with their services and feel like it's money well spent because whenever I need them they are only a phone call away.

Truly one of the most knowledgable, trustworthy, and efficacious people I have had work on my home. Yudi immediately inspired confidence and went above and beyond -- answering my sometimes tangential questions and pointing out things that we should be aware of that would cause damage to our home down the line. I told him he should go into the home consultation business!

It is rare to encounter someone who is passionate about home repair or pest removal but he was so energetic and efficient and calmed my nerves about the unwelcome rodent/bird visitor we had in our crawl space. Thank you, we will use you from now on!

My family and i have had a contract with queen bee pass control for a number of years now and very happy with them. Each time there has ever a been an issue we've always gotten a really quick response from the office as well as the exterminators that have come out to our home. I've used some other companies before and have not felt very comfortable with them. I really appreciate them being there for me when I needed them.

I called for ants and they came out right away. Price was reasonable and we have not had any more ants now and it's been two months.

Queen B Pest Services saved my sanity! The owner is amazing. This past year both of my dogs were infested with fleas as well as my apartment. I must have contacted the company enough to drive them crazy and yet each time they were patient and helpful. I didn't even use them, let alone pay them! Yet each time they were extremely helpful by giving me detailed instructions on how to get rid of the fleas. I cannot recommend them enough! Queen B Pest Services has one of the best customer services of any company I have ever dealt with and I HIGHLY recommend!

If you think that pest control means that Queen B will come in and trap your mice and then remove them then you are very, very wrong. The only thing that pest control services do is set the traps and then you are on your own to remove the carcasses. If I wanted to remove dead mice, I wouldn't need a pest control service. Save your money and trap the mice yourself!

I don't know if this is common operating procedure for pest control services in Baltimore because I'm not from this area but if it is, it sucks! When you meet with a pest control service, ASK A LOT of questions and make sure that they don't side step your answers. 11/17/16 An update to this review. Queen B 'sealed' the house and there have been NO more sign of any mice. No traps have caught anymore mice so I guess they took care of the problem. I would give them a try but still ask A LOT of questions when you have the initial meeting.

Well they came did a free estimate and stated that they would be doing three treatments. We decided to go with them because it seemed like a reasonable price for a good service. The male came on the day of the first treatment late wearing a hoodie pulled over his head and had a major attitude he barely sprayed anything and was only in my home for approximately 10 minutes.

The bug problem only got worst. The second time he came he took a little more time and actually did the things he was supposed to do like spray the bed and put traps in the closet. There was no third visit as promised by them and now they are stating they told us they were only doing 2. That is a complete lie and my home now has more bugs then it did before they came out. I wouldn't recommend anyone choosing this pest control because they are dishonest and don't do their job thoroughly. I am highly upset.

Queen B Pest Control is wonderful. They are customer-service focused, friendly, trust-worthy, and really take the time to explain everything they do. We've have a residential contract with them for a year, and I've never been disappointed in their services. They treat our town-house for mice, mainly, but with the contract, I can call them anytime for other issues. Yudy helped eliminate a yellow jacket nest in our front yard, and I am so grateful for that! They really are the best and they WON'T scam you!
