We've been satisfied customers for many years after he dealt with a termite infestation. We swear by the yearly inspections. A rodent or pest problem happens to everyone. I've been a happy customer of Q for almost three years now I think. We started with them on a monthly plan to eliminate a rodent infestation. Once it was controlled, we moved to quarterly for maintenance. The crew has been extremely professional every visit. I don't know how they spend all day crawling around in basements and they still have a bright white, clean shirt on when they knock.
I've met three of the technicians now and all three have provided a clear explanation of our situation, what treatments have been done, and what to expect. Lyn in the office is courteous and professional when scheduling and arranging for payment.

I have been using Q Pest Control for a few years now and I am always happy with their quick responses to requests and the knowledge of their service guys. Everyone one has been really nice to us, and I am very happy that they try to send the same service person each time. As for our pest issues, they have been resolved. I recommend their quarterly service, it is worth it's weight in gold!

Called Q Pest Control this morning after discovering an enormous wasps' nest above an exterior door. The owner of the company appeared within two hours and completely resolved our issue along with a few smaller ones discovered during a thorough inspection of the property.
