I was looking for a great pest control company that I could trust and be happy with and that's what I got! Brody Brothers has TONS of amazing reviews and I can see why. Jon Hart is my technician and he is so personable and professional. It really makes a difference having someone so friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He takes the time to listen and explain every step of the process thoroughly. I'm sure all of the staff is great but I wanted to make sure he is recognized as a star! I will recommend Brody Brothers to everyone. =

I have been a customer for at least 4 years and I can honestly say their company far outshines any other. They are prompt, professional and capable. I tried others but they are the best in their field. Leland came today( Sunday) and quite professionally dealt with our ant problem. Dan came for my initial inspection and he was excellent! He was knowledgeable, on time, and very friendly. He walked me through all of my options to help exterminate and prevent my mice and bug issue. I haven't had any full services completed but I have a great confidence in the company and look forward to doing business with them.

I have been with Brody Brothers for about 4 years and their service has been satisfactory so far. Their service technicians are professional in their approach but I wish they will do a better job in clearing all the dead bugs and spiders they leave behind all the time. But an exception was the last treatment a technician by name Brandy did. Besides being knowledgeable and patient, She did a great Job listening to all my concerns and treated every area inside and outside my home to my satisfaction. I will continue to use this Company and I recommend it for now.

Brody Brothers was my third try at a pest control company, and the only ones who successfully solved my mice issue. They are very dedicated, persistent, and have the knowledge and tools to effectively isolate and resolve rodent and insect issues. Their termite control system also works very well. The techs are courteous and professional, and they ensure you are satisfied with their service at the end of every visit. I only wish I had gone to them first.

We just started using Brody Brothers after hearing about so many recommendations. They are professional and on to our questions. I like that they closed up all the holes of the house that has access to the outside. A 6 ft snake skin was found in our basement and that is definitely something we don't want in the house!

Highly recommend. They are true professionals and very responsive. They took extensive care when resolving our mouse and cockroach problem. The roaches disappeared and shortly after the traps and bait caught the mouse. We have small children and so the team took care and placing baits in discreet and high places to reach area. This was an annual check and the technician was on time as always. They alert you prior to arrival. He inspected in detail and was super nice informative and planned a followup because he wanted to make sure he thoroughly finished. The next day I got a followup call to reschedule. This company has been great.

I can't really communicate how much I love Brody Bros. I bought my first house a year ago and I'm not sure I could have handled it without them! They eliminated my mice and ant problems after one visit, and if I ever see a critter in or around my house I can relax knowing they will be here right away to take care of it. Moreover, they appear to only hire the most professional, kind, helpful people.

Half the time they come, the technician diagnoses an issue with my house that is not even pest related and spends their personal time advising me on it. Brody Brothers Pest Control represents the highest level of customer service it has been my pleasure to experience. A fantastic company all around from the office staff to the technicians. I contracted with this company on the recommendation of another customer and I have not been disappointed. After the initial inspection, company returned bi-weekly until signs of infestation were under control, and quarterly thereafter. Advised that they remain on-call should a problem arise between scheduled visits.

Company notifies when the tech is on the way and he arrives promptly as scheduled. Techs (Wyatt) are knowledgeable, professional and personable. Inspection and each follow-up visit performed thoroughly. Kept me informed of findings on each visit. Rates are fantastic for the level of service and attention to detail provided. I recommend the services of Brody Brothers wholeheartedly. Will definitely remain with this company when my current contract expires.

Brody brothers have been a life saver for us! We had a home renovation which led to deer mice coming in. We tried 2 other companies who literally just put poison traps around, and gave me suggestions as to what I could do! So I hired Brody Brothers and have been extremely pleased. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile, patching areas in the foundation and placing traps wherever they needed to be.

They gave us solid advice on types of containers to store our bird seed and dog food which would help eliminate the attraction to mice. And they will schedule appointments as often as needed to take care of the problem! The cost is reasonable as well. I highly recommend Brody Brothers to help with your mice problems!

Techs are very friendly and helpful in providing information about pest control. Schedules are also very nice and do their best to make convenient appointments.
