Jim has been great. He answered the phone right when I called, reassured me when I was freaking out, sent out the group, and found all our problems and FIXED them. They were all really professional and fast. Two years later we had a leak and called them again. They came over with all their fans and dried everything out. It was done so nicely and I can't say enough good things about them.
