They are professional, honest, courteous, clean (booties and masks were worn by both technicians) and trustworthy. Other service providers we called wanted $150 just to come out and do and inspection, but Anthony came out and inspected my mom's mold issues within minutes of our call. Our master shower had a leak which resulted in mold growth. We had a few companies say they fixed it but never fully addressed the mold which was causing headaches, breathing trouble, etc. Carlos & Jose came out and quickly took care of the situation. Their professionalism and expertise stood out. Even the containment areas they set up looked better than the other company!

I am happy to report that we are now mold free and ready to move on to the rebuild! Thank you Carlos and Jose! We are very appreciative of your great care. I hope we don't need this service in the future but if we do I would definitely call 911 Restoration of Orange County.

These guys are the best! Unlucky us, a leak, AGAIN! Dealing with Mold! Called Doron, his guys came the next day, did a clean and fast job(everything was set while the kids were in school!) I really appreciate Doron's honesty, he won't try to oversell, feels like he's there to help the community and not just to do business! Thank you Doron, Again! Hopefully we won't need to contact a restoration company ever again! but if we do, we know exactly who to call!

We called 911 restoration last Friday 12/17 to have our home check for water damage in our kitchen ceiling from a leak in our bathroom upstair. My wife and I were already bracing ourselves for some major repair cost based on what we heard from our friends who gone through the same issue. As agreed upon, Anthony from the company arrived on Monday at 11:00AM on the dot.

He inspected the ceiling and measured the moisture. To our surprise, he said that based on his inspection, there are no water damage and there is no need for us to spend any money. He mentioned that it's one of his Company's core value not to upsell their customer or provide unnecessary repair just to make a quick buck. Anthony came to our house and spent some time without earning any money but he and his company definitely earn our trust. By the way, this is my first review I've ever written.

From the first call to Anthony's final walk through it was great service and communication. Anthony always stayed in touch with us. Our insurance company said that our restoration company provided more documentation than their own inspector would have. We were impressed that 911 will get the other contractors connections for you. Such a time-saver. Took a lot of angst out of the whole experience. Anthony is an excellent project manager to work with. I've already given their number to several property managers who might need them. Definitely would use them again.

I had some plumbing issues over the weekend, which lead to water leaking from my second floor down into my kitchen and dining room. I called first thing morning after all plumbing repairs were done. Anthony the project manager had Carlos dispatched out who arrived within 30 minutes who set up all the fans and got some of my ceiling removed to help dry out everything.

After Carlos got the all clear, he came back to remove the rest of the ceiling and walls that needed to be removed since some of it was still damp. When all was dry, Arnest came out and replaced all the drywall and painted, which was able to be finished in 2 days. Then they came out and replaced padding to the floor and placed my carpet back into place. Anthony came out and did my estimate and dealt with my insurance and coordinating all the work needing to be done.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped out! Everyone was very prompt and on time. They all were very professional/polite and knew what they were doing. I am very pleased with this company and will use them in the future if needed and definitely will refer others to them!

I work as a property manager and have had many jobs that needed remediation and repairs from water damage. 911 Restoration has blown any other restoration company out of the water! Anthony, who was our project manager, handled all of the details working with tenants, insurance and the owner, answering many questions from owners, his responses were also very detailed.

They were able to save my newly purchased house from a severe problem that was not told to us by our realtor. We had a huge sewer leak when a pipe burst into our furnished basement. Not only was this company quick, efficient, and kind: they did not take advantage of me ( being a first time home buyer ). The price for all the labor and quickness was surprisingly low compared to 5 other emergency restoration companies I contacted the same day.

Highly recommend 911 Restoration! They saved my parents house! The toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and flooded the living area, kitchen, hallway and spare bath. 911 Restoration came out first thing and made all of us feel confident that there would be no long term damage. They saved us!

The company is pretty good. The manager answered any questions we asked. They tried their best to keep the tiles, cabinets etc. Well. Very hard working people.
