Our home has a terrazzo floor and it was in need of a full stripping and reglazing/polishing. It was more than we can handle so we, happily, found Midwest Floor Restore, also know as Indianapolis Floor Restore. It did take a while to get this set up, several weeks, but we were in no hurry. The owner, Jake, was very easy to work with, honest about what they could and couldn't do and he made no unrealistic promises. FYI, they normally restore floors in businesses, schools etc. Ernesto, his terrazzo specialist, showed up with a helper and got to work.
They spent almost half a day putting up plastic to protect our walls, getting our floor length drapes out of the way etc. Ilove that! We had a large area for them to clean and Jake had told us this would take two days. It took all of two days. Ernesto and his helper did a wonderful job, we couldn't ask for better. I don't want to mislead. This was expensive but, value for money, well worth it to us.

I have been working with Mike Sachs and his SaniGLAZE crew since 2003 to refurbish the rotunda floors in our four story courthouse. To date they have successfully completed all four stories and continue to maintain these floors. Their process has greatly improved the appearance of our tile floor, with grout that now has color rather than just black.
