I received outstanding customer services from Sam Habibi the Sales Representative he was very receptive toward my needs. He was very comfortable to work with and he did not pressure me throughout the process. Lisa Hackney also provided excellent customer service when she contacted me about the installation of the flooring. She made sure that my needs/requests were taken care of for the installation. Tish Flooring gave me the best price for the flooring and to my surprise they moved my furniture, took up the old carpet and put down the new carpet in our two story four bedroom house with a dining room, family room and living room all in one day and they were here for about seven hours.

Great selection of flooring, the cheapest price I found (out of 6 quotes), and the installers were AWESOME! I had a finished basement that was destroyed by a sump pump failure flood in the spring time. After getting multiple quotes, Tish had the lowest price by a few thousand. There was a surprise cost to level out my basement, but even with that cost it came in almost 1500 below the next competitor.

I can't speak highly enough of the installers. The foreman got me in a week before projected, and the installers were HARD workers. They had entire basement leveled, floor installed, cove installed, cleaned up, and looking excellent within 3 business days. These folks are the real people. I would rate them 10/10.

We found Tish flooring through a recommendation from our realtor. We have been very pleased with the service we received throughout the whole process from getting an estimate through installation. The pricing was incredibly reasonable. The install team arrived in the promised time frame on the day we scheduled the installation. They were careful with the furniture and put everything back where it originally was. They were very efficient and courteous. We are so pleased and would definitely use Tish flooring again.

Excellent job, the installers Marcos, David and the crew are beyond reproach. Our home had challenges to start, it's a log cabin with delicate cedar walls and lots unique angles that added to my anxiety about the process. Their attention to detail, their respect for our home was greatly appreciated. The little things add up for this incredibly talented crew, non smoking, keeping the work area clean and orderly as they work, Marcos leadership and eye for the small details is perfection, we are very impressed.

We couldn't be happier, this process is stressful, moving everything you own and living in chaos while this makeover is underway is very nerve racking, but Tish and the guys made it seamless.

Y'all I cannot say enough good things about this company. I recently bought my home and had a flood in the main bedroom. As a first time home owner, I really struggled getting the issue resolved. Once I did, I was recommended Tish to replace the carpet that was ruined. Tish was extremely responsive and came out within just a few days. I worked with Joshua initially and he was patient with me as I'm indecisive and haven't been in a situation like this before.

Once I made my mind up on which carpet I wanted, I got the install scheduled. They, again, were extremely communicative, professional and friendly. I had the crew come out to replace some baseboards and then so the carpet the next day. They were fast, efficient and so sweet! Had a wonderful experience with this company and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

About 4ish years ago now, Tish replaced my house's floors. As a first-time home buyer, and not really being a fan of maintenance of any kind, Tish made everything as smooth as buttah. I don't remember the installers' names, but they were cool people. ~4 years later, and floor is still doing great. Really happy with it If I ever need flooring done again, I'll be visiting Tish

I can't recommend this company enough. The prices are the best (and I really looked) and so is the quality and customer service. I had the entire carpet in my home replaced in 2018- it was a great experience working with Tish and we're still loving the carpet!

Tish flooring will be my go to for all future flooring needs. Fred was extremely responsive, flexible and accommodating. The installer did a wonderful job and I appreciated the thorough clean up.

I ended up going back to Tish for another home remodel project in the fall of 2020 after having a 4/5 experience in 2016 with carpet installation. One of the sales reps helped pick out a very nice vinyl plank piece for my place. However when I told him I'd be doing the install myself and didn't need Tish, his attitude towards the sale changed completely.

He was very vague about details regarding pick up from the warehouse, timing of delivery to warehouse, warehouse hours, etc. The store was supposed to call when the material arrived and they never did as well as the hours for pick up he told me were incorrect. It didn't phase me that much cause the material was beautiful and I love the final look, but it still left a sour taste.

I went back a few months ago cause I had another project I wanted their help on (stairs remodeling). I took some samples and was told a sales rep (the same one as above) would contact me to set up a home visit but he never followed up. Oh well - I went with a different company.

My husband and I needed carpet quick for selling our home. Tish was able to measure our home, send us a quote, and install within 7 days. Truly impressive and much appreciated. Crew showed up on time and did a great job - worked very hard to get everything done properly. Thanks again!

First, our sales person, Kelly, was really wonderful. Came out of his way to bring a bigger sample of the carpet I thought I wanted. Crew that came to install were courteous, neat, clean and quick. The install went without a hitch, and they moved all the furniture. I received a return for the overage, which was nice. They also took some old carpet away (above and beyond!). I'm very happy with the result.

I just had Tish install new carpet in my two bedrooms. I quoted from multiple companies and Tosh had the best price for the quality of carpet. They did an incredible job with the removal and install, were very fast and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. The whole process was so easy and I love my new carpets! I will definitely be revisiting when I am ready to replace the rest of the flooring in my home.

I very highly recommend Tish Flooring for anyone who is looking for carpeting or engineered wood flooring. The sales staff, Dave, and the installers especially the 2 gentlemen who installed my engineered wood flooring did a fantastic job. They were very professional and highly skilled. We just had carpet installed throughout our home by Tish Flooring, and had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when we had our home measured for carpet, all the way through the installation process. Our sales person, Fred, was very experienced and knowledgeable and answered our many questions as we were making our selection, and the installation team was on time, hard-working, very professional and well-mannered, and did a fabulous job!

I don't know how they accomplished such a large task without one nick or scratch on our walls or baseboards! Tish Flooring went above and beyond our expectations and the price could not be beat! Had 11K worth of carpet installed, would not hire them again. Like other reviews here we had sort out what was promised in the quote vs what we received. They overquoted and under delivered. When pressed to show their math, they fudged the sq yard numbers to inflate the quote. We also received surprise charges on "extra furniture moving fees". There are other good vendors I'll go with in the future to avoid shady business tactics.

My agent recommended Tish. I sold two rental properties and used Tish Flooring for both to get them ready for market. They beat all the other quotes and their product was higher quality than box store products at similar price point. (I recommend having floors installed before painting since removing the quarter round after painting often results in needed touch ups.) When appliance delivery damaged the new vinyl two days before closing, Tish was able to come out right away to redo the whole kitchen floor. I enjoyed working with this company and know you will too!

I was in real estate for years and have referred them countless times for new carpet for selling. I have also used them personally for high end carpet and have always been extremely pleased with product and they always beat the competition hands down on price. Plus, they are a family owned company with quality people working for them. They do great work, and when there's an issue they fix it. Great company.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever encountered working with any vendor for my home, ever. Tish didn't monitor their subcontractors install of LVT and consequently, they didn't install our floors correctly. Once installed, the LVT started peeling up immediately. They blamed it on the manufacturer and product defect but later admitted the issue was that the subcontractor didn't use enough glue for the type of subfloor they used.

Ultimately we had to chose a different flooring type after 2 failed attempts at installing LVT. After all this, they still wanted to charge us full price, no discount, as the mistakes of their subs likely eroded their profit on our deal. Just a challenging experience. The owner tried to make it right and I appreciate them trying to work with us to fix the mistakes of their subs, but in the end our family was inconvenienced with weeks of a flooring installation that should have taken a few days. We just felt bitter and discouraged by the entire process when all was said and done.

I spent several months trying to decide on carpet for our double stair cases and hallway, and got multiple quotes. Tish Flooring was cost effective, very accommodating, brought any samples I wanted to my home, answered questions in a timely manner, and were very quick on scheduling install once the decision was made. The installation went smoothly and we were very impressed with the installers and their attention to detail. Will recommend and use again!

I had a GREAT experience with Tish, and their sales rep David Hirsch. He was actually recommended to me by two separate people. David came to my home with samples, sent his quote estimate quickly and my install was scheduled just a couple weeks out. On day of install, the guys called before arriving and did great work. I also had to delay part of the install by a few months due to a bathroom remodel, but when I was ready, so were they. Price was fair, the communication was spot on and I highly recommend. And my carpet is beautiful.

This is an update to my previous review, as you are able to read the details of our initial experience. Since posting the review, the response and follow up from Tish Flooring has been above and beyond. Since we had multiple issues since our installation, a team of our original sales associate, the operation sales manager and field inspector came to our home.

They inspected all the problem areas, and fixed the carpet that was coming up from the floor. The entire team was courteous, apologetic and acknowledged the issues. It is clear Tish Flooring is a company that sincerely cares about their customer's happiness with their service, and their long term satisfaction.

I am going to take them to court hope you have better experience, They came out here and gave me a price I got sick and waited a year save some more came out here and gave me a different price for next year supposably lower then all the sudden they wanted $12,000 from $6,000 remind you of square feet of flooring vinyl flooring even I had to get a different installer in Tish wouldn't even finish delivering my product I hope you have better luck

We used Tish Flooring to replace carpet in our condo before moving out. The receptionists are so pleasant and very helpful and quick with their responses. We were able to get our estimate very quickly. Wes came out and gave us a quote, but from there to scheduling, I sent a few emails that never got a response so I had to continue to call him twice to confirm a date before we were able to schedule the carpet installation.

The installation itself was outstanding. They were punctual and quick. They left our condo very clean and vacuumed our space as well. Other than the aloofness when we were scheduling the installation, I was very pleased and would go back if we need new flooring.

I just had Tish replace flooring in my house for the second time. In early 2015, they replaced my kitchen floor. Just this month, they replaced a bathroom floor. We used LVT (luxury vinyl tile) both times.

We would like thank Tish Flooring for a great product and to compliment the installers for the excellent service they provided. We were very pleased with the overall quality of service we received. Both installers displayed professionalism and the ability to get the work done in an efficient and timely manner.

Great selection of carpet for our bedroom and closet. Installation guys were quick, polite, and did a great job! We absolutely love the quality of our carpet and it was a great price. My only con was that scheduling often went haywire. I was told by the office that my sales rep would meet me one day, and when he didn't show up I inquired. Turns out he had us scheduled for a different day - was very accommodating in adjusting though.

Also was called to confirm our installation the next day, but we weren't contacted to schedule in the first place. Found that it was a miscommunication, but they were able to reschedule very quickly. Great place! Would definitely go back!

My wife and I are quite pleased with Tish Flooring! We needed the carpeting redone in our four upstairs bedrooms, and reached out to about seven or eight different companies. Out of the seven or eight companies, Tish Flooring ended up being the best at communicating, had the most reasonable pricing for the product, and gave a quicker turn-around than what we anticipated. Very satisfied with the installation of my new kitchen floor. Price was reasonable. Workers very courteous and cleaned up everything. I would use Tish again for another project.

This was a great experience. I explained to Greg what I was looking for and he brought samples with him that met my criteria exactly as to product quality and price. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very easy to work with. I was able to schedule the work within two weeks of signing the contract and they were able to do the demo and installation in two days.

As a general contractor, it seems I am always looking for subcontractors and suppliers. I had been having issues with my previous flooring supplier so I did an Angie's List search and Tish Flooring had high reviews.

Great experience! I had initially wanted wood flooring, but David introduced me to some luxury vinyl tile product that is beautiful and easy to care for. The installers were prompt and very friendly.

I've used Tish in the past, always completely satisfied. Since I trusted them, I had them re-do the carpet in a house I had just moved out of. I was not there and have not seen their work, BUT my realtor and my wife stopped by and said it was better than fantastic.

After a plumbing leak, we needed to have new carpet installed in the basement and new wood floors on our main level. We priced out floors with the company our insurance company recommended and decided to get a second quote from Tish (a friend recommended them).

This floor was installed by Tish Flooring. As you can see they do not match. I was very unhappy and immediately sent Fred Tishler photos. He arranged to have a second installation. So, I prepared the room again. Not once, but twice. And cleaned up the mess that they left behind. Tish Flooring is pointing the finger at the manufacturer. I personally do not believe that this was a manufacture defect.

However I do believe it was improperly installed 2x. I also specifically told them prior to laying the floor that I DID NOT want glue to be used. They used glue anyway. Now, I am going to call another flooring company to clean up this disaster pay them and send Tish Flooring the bill. I almost forgot to mention that the installation crew damaged a gate/fence and also a piece of furniture The rather amazing explanation of why the floor didn't match? Terry the installer told me that he had "wiped down one side of it with water and when it dried, it will match"

We had used Tish Flooring in the Spring when we carpeted our whole upstairs. We were happy with them at that point. I even referred them to a client on our commercial side of business. We were not happy the second time around, when we wanted to carpet our bedroom downstairs.

Tish installed hardwood flooring in our dining room and family room. Greg Hollinden measured, provided reasonable quote and provided outstanding installation. Their installer, Shane did a superior job. Future flooring needs will be addressed by Tish!

We had such a great experience with Tish! As first time carpet customers, my husband and I tried the typical routes of Lowes and Home Depot and on a whim decided to check out the local shop (Tish). We were blown away by the immediate and personalized attention and support and even more shocked when it came with a significantly lower price tag!

I have used Tish for both hardwoods and carpet, for both moving in and updates when moving out. 1- They come out to your house for a free and timely (-2 days of my request) evaluation, so there is literally NOTHING to lose to have them come out and give you a quote.
