Was very disappointed in Rob. Unreliable, unorganized and unprofessional. Scheduled a visit for 2:30 PM, was told they are running late and will be coming in at 5 PM, when no one showed up till 5:30 I've tried to call to get an update with no result. Was later told they will be over within 20 minutes, 90 minutes later at 9 PM Rob came in and diagnosed the problem.

I've spent entire day waiting for him to come, it was my mother's birthday I had plans for. The part was on back order but available from Ebay sooner, Rob was adamant about purchasing a part from a retailer where he can warranty it. We ended up purchasing a new refrigerator. I've offered my old refrigerator to Rob, for an nominal amount where he expressed interested and told me he will pick it up, it was a gentleman's agreement over the phone.

It was supposed to be picked up by delivery guys as a part of the service but I held on to it for Rob. After 2 days of back and forth and it occupying space in my garage I had to pay to have it removed.
