Very pleased with Jeff's prompt, courteous, and professional service. Our Refridgerator compressor went out and he was able to share solid advice. Even though he could have made a lot more money telling us to replace the part, he was honest and said it would make more financial sense to replace our old fridge. He'll be our next appliance repair call for sure.

Incredible professionalism. Owner of the company arrived on time within 24 hours of our initial call. Fixed my dryer on the spot by replacing a bad heating element - and did it at a fair price. We are a family of 4 and doing laundry is obviously something we can't put off too long. So, to have this type of response to get us up and running so quickly was a huge bonus. Called to make an appointment. Said "his guy wouldnt be able to work on it because my oven is too old." All it needs is a new auto pilot. Jeff was wonderful! He was out the morning after I called (they actually had a same day appointment but I was going to be unavailable), and were right within the estimated time frame. He gave an honest assessment of the problem, and even took the time to show me what was going on (and what he did to fix it). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was affordable.
