We had a issue with our dryer. It was turning on but not heating.this company came and fixed the issue, six months go by and the issue happened again where the dryer would turn on and work but would not heat.we called them to tell them the same issue has happened again and they refused to make it right or cut some type of deal.they said if I wanted it fixed I would be charged for the service call plus parts and labor.no thanks on that.
I am not going to have this company come "fix" it again when they obviously can't get it right the first time. I recommend Mr. appliances, they have a life time warranty on there parts versus the three months warranty from this company. In other words do not use them.

Prompt same day service - sent a text to tell me they were 30 min and technician called me en route (did not cancel me like Mr Appliance). The motor on my LG washer broke and sheared off the pulsator and technician Chaz was honest with me that it needed total replacement and explained that a repair would not be cost efficient. He even recommended brands to stay away from (Samsung, LG, GE). Thanks for the honesty and efficiency!

I spoke to Sherry and Dave last week about an issue I was having with my hotpoint side by side refrigerator not cooling. Well after speaking with Dave and getting some advice on possible solutions I decided to take everything out of the freezer and turn the unit off Friday evening. I had set an appointment for Monday morning so I was hoping this would solve my problem.
I found frost on the back wall of the freezer which Dave and Sherry had speculated I might find. I turned both settings down to 1 for 24 hrs and then put them both back to 5. My freezer is @ 10 below 0 and my fridge is right at 31-35. I can see the fan is running in the back so that appears to have taken care of my issue. I originally suspected that my son had accidentally left the fridge door partially open with a pizza box while we were out of town leading to the ice blockage Dave and Sherry had both alluded to.
So while I didn't have to use their services they were more than willing to share with me some insight that ultimately save me money. I will definitely call Beringer if I have any appliance issue. Thanks folks

Technician I spoke with was extremely helpful and was able to guide me through the process of choosing to either repair my LG washer or purchase a new washer. He analyzed factors such as age of washer, parts cost, back order considerations, and brand reliability. I am fairly technical myself but his expertise and experience was of immense help. He sincerely cared about my situation and took the time to walk me through this in detail to ensure I made the correct decision; above-and-beyond service you do not ordinarily expect, let alone get unsolicited. I will definitely have them in my contacts for future use and recommendations.

Upate: Owner called back the same afternoon and apologized. He stated that the young manager in training was towing the line to hard. And that they would come back out, and if the problem was the element then there would be no charge. I've already replaced the dryer. I'm impressed with calling back and trying to make it right. So review was raised to a 4. Story: $400 to replace the heating element on Samsung Dryer 12/29/2020 on 2/5/2021 heating element went out again.
They wanted an additional $109 service fee to come out and replace the part again. They stated if it was within that 30 days it would be no charge. Time to cut my losses with the dryer. Initial visit they did show up the first time, on time, and were professional.

The technician looked at our dryer, which was making an awful noise, and gave us a quote to fix it. Upon beginning work, he found that the problem was actually a much simpler (and therefore cheaper) fix. He told us right away and adjusted the repair cost accordingly. It's always good to find an honest repair service, and I would not hesitate to call Bringer for any future appliance repair needs.

Chaz was WONDERFUL! The service call was scheduled for the same day I called, the service call cost was less than any of the 3 companies I called. Chaz was also very honest about how much it would cost to repair my washer. He even looked at (and diagnosed the problem with) my icemaker in my refrigerator (for only a few more dollars). He is coming back early next week to install a new seal! I will use Bringer again!

The service person was either not skilled enough or just plain dishonest by giving me false information as to what his diagnosed answer for which he thought was the problem with my washer. He said that the switch was broken in three pieces, and that it could no longer be purchased. So yes I was able to purchase the part and realized that 1 the switch was not broken at all, and that after putting the new placement part on finding that it wasn't the actual problem as was told to be the problem by the service or person. Not happy at all, felt like I had just simply been ripped off for the $79.00 service call.

I was having problems with the water not fully draining from my washer. I called Dave and he came out that afternoon. After about 10 minutes, he found there was a drawstring stuck in the drain that was clogging things up. Potentially saved me a lot of money by taking the time to correctly diagnosing the issue, instead of just recommend replacing parts.

David Bringer was quicker & less expensive than the competition! I needed same day help with my washer and he was able to come the same day vs. a week from another competitor. He was also far less expensive. He is extremely knowledgeable about appliances. I will definitely use Bringer Appliance Repair again in the future!
