I've used CW Electrical twice in the past year. Once for outlet repair and second time to disconnect power to an outside shed. They are responsive, professional, and quick. I had the same tech, Jon, both times and he was great. Will definitely use again for any electrical needs. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

Qualified & no-nonsense people. CW was able to send a tech to my house on same day call after a power surge. Jon made sure the circuits were safe and was quick to provide a quote to repair service where damage did occur so that I could turn over to insurance and get the repairs expedited. Good people. Our technician arrived right when the text said to expect him, worked quickly and professionally and explained all the work. He was sweet with my boys who wanted to watch and ask questions and even gave them little toys the company had made just for this reason. Will definitely use in the future for electrical needs! Not a happy customer. I technician, Jon K., arrived to my residence for an install. I asked the technician to put shoe booties on and he was like I have these "tennis shoes" on and something or other. Then I emphasized the importance of wearing them. He went back to his truck to get the booties and returned to the entry way. Then I asked the technician if he could put on mask and he damn near flipped a lid!

For real. He took off his booties and flipped them into the air and then exited and slammed the door and returned with a mask on. Grudgingly put his shoe booties on again and got the installing the device. So, he was able to install my device very quickly, however, i honestly did not need his attitude regarding wearing a mask and shoe booties. I have family members who are at risk so that's why i ask.

He did have the opportunity to chill out and walk me thru the payment process but I felt like I was dealing with a toddler who was having a passive aggressive temper tantrum. I have asked other technicians and no other reps before and no one else had a similar reaction. I have used CW before for services with great customer service but this time they missed the mark severely. I will not be using CW again to say the least. Oh and to end the visit he slammed the door again. Isn't that lovely. (Sarcasm)

Great service. I especially love the text message sent to let us know they were on their way. The text also introduced us to the technician and included a picture so we were confident about who was coming into our home. He was professional, worked efficiently and was personable all at the same time! I highly recommend and will definitely use them for any future electrical needs!

The service technician arrived on time. Great explanation of what was being done. The price quoted over the phone is exactly what I paid. He was very neat and cleaned up once the work was completed. I do recommend this company you will be happy with the service they provide.

We are a church who needed updated parking lot light fixtures. We also needed to ensure everything was up to code. CW is very good at communicating and professional in the tools they use. Email notifications kept me up-to-date and I received a text with the name and picture of the tech when he arrived which I really liked. Service: Outdoor lighting installation

Jon was professional, knowledgeable, and organized. He took the old fixture down and had the new one up in no time at all. With no contact billing, I easily paid by credit card online shortly after the installation. (There were other payment options also.) I was impressed that the company emailed a background and photo of the electrician who would be arriving to do the work prior to visit. Very nice experience!

CW Electrical did an electrical inspection of my new house. Great service. Professional. Honest. Spent time to discuss and explain findings. Will use as my go-to electricians. They also installed a ceiling fan at my old house several years ago. They did a great job then too.

Everything I ask them to do has been done right the first time. The staff have always been professional and considerate of the workspace. No mess left behind and they even brought the shoe socks to not make a mess in the home. Questions for staff while working have never been a issue. I was referred to them years ago and they remain my first choice for serious work.

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by CW Electric. Chris and Phillips did a fantastic job. They arrived on time everyday, showed great care for my home and belongings, and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They made a lot of effort to minimize the holes that had to be cut in my walls. They thoroughly answered my questions and explained what they were doing.

They identified some safety issues with my home and were able to fix them in addition to the service upgrade and additional outlets I had initially requested. The quote I received upfront was very transparent and accurate to the work I had performed. I will gladly recommend CW Electric to anyone looking for fantastic service you can have confidence in.

CW came to my home twice. The first time they spent almost one hour but didn't fix the problem. We need to replace a light switch but the two electricians carried no product in their van. They also left multiple dirty fingerprints on the wall. I had to pay for this service even though nothing was fixed. I went on with scheduling another one because of the good Google reviews.

The second time the electrician obviously knew what he's doing and quickly fixed everything. I was very happy with the second visit and even left a 5 star review. However, a few hours after he left, we found the paint around the electric panel was ripped. The screws were not put back in place.

Jason and his trainee were great. They completed all of the requests that we had for them. Highly recommend them.

From the time I called to make an appointment to the time the tech left they were very professional. Joe Kemp did a great job. I like how I was sent a picture of Joe and a little about him before he arrived! Great safety feature.

We left an emergency message during off hours. We received a call promptly, appointment made. Technician was very courteous and was able to fix our problem.

Wonderful company to work with, Dan and John are great people and very good at what the do! Came out quickly and helped me out a lot. They were very good at explaining everything from the permits all the way through.
