I was taught that your word was your bond! I was promised an estimate for vinyl flooring. I never received one. I guess I did not meet their criteria. If you did not want my business just say no. Instead of pretending that you do. I was disappointed to say the least. Honesty and Integrity? I was not planning to renege on the deal. I just wanted to put in a nice floor.
