AAA Tile & Stone

This is the second time we've used the services of AAA Tile. Wilson, who owns the company is the consummate professional, responds quickly, is very polite and very knowledgeable to boot. We (hubby and I) had our entire floor (2500 square feet) redone with AAA and could not be happier. The team who did the work were Jay and Luciano and they were outstanding. Jay is the 'head' guy, so professional, both Jay and his assistant Luciano so pleasant to have around the home, very accommodating.

Special shout out to Jay who went above and beyond - any time he encountered an issue (due to the original build of the home), he explained to us the potential issues and improved the situation every time. The baseboards and floors throughout look amazing - I'll ask hubby to upload a picture. I also want to add that Jay is probably the hardest working individual hubby and I have ever encountered.

Not many folk impress hubby but he was floored by this guy's work ethic! He worked sun up to sun down without a break - 'very very' long days. He and Luciano do not smoke, they just kept going and going. The clean up was very good. They were so respectful and I would have them in my home any time. I felt (as a female) very comfortable with these guys, even when hubby was not around.

The floor job itself consisted of taking up around 1600sf of tile and 900sf of engineered hard wood. We never realized that the 'wood' floor is more of a pain than the tile! Note, there 'will' be mess (that is, a lot of dust and a lot of noise). The guys tent up everything (ceiling vents, lighting, cabinetry etc) but, you will have to clean up the dust afterward (or, get cleaners to do it for you).

The noise was not that bad for hubby and I (though some folk may choose to leave while that's going on) and I would totally trust Jay and Luciano being left in the house. They work with you to make it easier for you to function. We did it two stages - first one was all the living areas and bathrooms/ laundry/hallway - that took 5 days and then the second phase was the bedrooms and master and that took 4 days.

These guys are top notch. Note: I did call Wilson afterward because of a couple of uneven areas on the baseboards and Jay was out yesterday and fixed it to my total satisfaction. 100% In addition, hubby built a fireplace with stack stone (did an incredible job) with a wood mantle. We used AAA Tile again (we used them for the granite on the outdoor grill hubby built), this time was to install the quartz hearth on the fire - once again, amazing! Wilson was there to oversee it and his guys did not disappoint.

I should note that Wilson does come out at the beginning and end of the job, as well as any time in between that he needs to look at any issues out of the ordinary. When Wilson doesn't make it, Waldo comes in place of. Shout out to Waldo. He was so patient with my going back multiple times and checking out umpteen different floor samples. His knowledge is also very, very good and likewise, he is a great ambassador for AAA.

Could not recommend these guys highly enough. We will soon be using AAA for the install of quartz to our master bathroom and laundry room and then who knows what after that. Seems we are remodeling a home that is not that old really (9 years); thankfully hubby does a lot of the work, being very handy and doing a brilliant job along the way with each area of upgrading.

In summary, Wilson is a stand up guy, total professional, very, very detailed and rare in this day and age. Waldo is great in the show room and really knows his stuff and is very helpful. Jay is outstanding in his workmanship. Jessica

A one stop shop for all your flooring needs. This store pretty much does it all, carpet, tile, countertops, cabinets and more. Lived in my house for over 20 years and it was time to do some renovations of the stairs but to also put new carpet in the upstairs and on the steps of the stairs. I also wanted to put new tile on the base of the staircase. AAA Tile did my carpeting and tile needs. Waldo has excellent customer service.

He took the time to educate me in the difference between porcelain and ceramic tile. The differences in the grade of carpets they offer. He provided three estimates to meet my budget. The two installers for my carpet did an excellent job. They were professional, careful when moving my furniture from one room to another. Beautiful job putting the new carpet on the stairs.

The stairs was renovated 1 week prior to the carpet installation. The installers were fantastic in not damaging my new staircase. Once the carpet was complete. The person who installed my tile at the base of the stairs did a great job as well. He was professional and answered our questions regarding how the tile was going to go around the new stair post and wood caps. Turned out beautiful.

Once that was done, a third installer came to butt up the old carpet in the living room to the new tile. They did such an awesome job that you really can not tell my carpet in the living room is old. Waldo came for the start of each phase of this project to make sure the installers knew the exact instructions. I have found my store for my flooring needs and will definitely use them again.

AAA Tile & Stone installed our new quartz countertops in our kitchen and guest bathroom. We found the entire staff to be awesome. Jesus came out on a Saturday to patternmake the counters, and since we have an unusual angle on our kitchen counter, Wilson (the owner) laid out the quartz pattern himself. When a slight modification needed to be made on-site, the guys figured it out and everything turned out beautifully. They were neat and no one took a break until the job was finished. Thank you all so much!

Wilson and Bob have been great. We started with the last September. Our Kitchen cabinets, tile flooring, in-house painting and new carpet were done better than expected. A good list of sub-contractors and product options were terrific. strongly recommend AAA Tile!

From the get go Bob Tickle was a tremendous sales contact and advisor - Wilson Pereira went above and beyond to help when the stone we ordered was not the right model after getting inaccurate info from my new home builder's design center team. The install went without problems and was done professionally and efficiently. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

WOW, what a wonder company to have worked with. Top quality. You deal directly with the owner, Wilson. He does not sub out his work, he has his own employees. The foreman is Jesus, who is a perfectionist and good leader. Kind and gentle. Charles and Israel are so hard working. They arrived promptly at 0700 and worked no stop with a lunch break until 1800.

I have 3 more projects to complete when the $$ is saved up, and will use this team again. They clean up as best as possible, however tile is a dusty business. You will need to be prepared for it, and I advise you have a clean up company come in for deep dusting after they leave. Thank you again guys! AAA Tile and Stone did a complete remodel and installation of one of our bathrooms. They put in a brand new walk in shower unit and their work was outstanding. The work crew went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. Very professional and went out of their way to make sure the installation was done to customer satisfaction. The final product is beautiful and completely transformed the bathroom that rivals any 5 star quality hotel.

In today's world, finding a team that does impeccable quality work is hard to come by and it was super nice to actually have a team truly care about the work they do. I highly recommend this business to anyone!

AAA Tile and Stone is who we have chosen for our last 3 remodels, kitchen, master bath and most recently bedroom floor. No job ever goes perfect all the time but one thing about Wilson, he helps with decisions and any problems arise he makes it right. We highly recommend them.

Deceptive pricing designed for the least transparency possible while you shop. Countertop slabs are not labeled with prices so they try to get you to pick out what you want and then shock you at the end. What a waste of time. Places like National Stone, Cabinets Now, Arizona Tiles, and Granite Trade all have prices either clearly marked or pricing is readily accessible as you shop accompanied by a knowledgeable sales rep.

At AAA Tile & Stone, even when you ask them to show me slabs within an approximate range of $, they say "Well, it's hard to say what this will cost with the tarriff." If you don't know your prices, how do you expect people to feel confident about their purchase? Go somewhere other than AAA Tile & Stone to avoid wasting your time because they operate like a shady second hand car dealership here.

Wilson is outstanding! Very personable, accommodating, and went out of his way to assist us. He came to our house gave us a quick estimate, confirmed the tile selection and had his crew on the job all within the week. Wilson accomplished this while being booked solid. That is unheard of today in customer service. Called to follow up on the progress of the job and when the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction. You will not be able to beat their customer service!

We chose AAA Tile & Stone to update our flooring to tile and we could not be more pleased! From start to finish, the workers (Jesus and Neto) were always punctual, organized, courteous and very professional. They actually finished the project ahead of schedule and our new floors are beautiful! I highly recommend Wilson Pereira, AAA Tile & Stone and look forward to using them again for our next project.

Still waiting on my quote guys. Hello? Anyone there? It's been since 7/31 that you came out to my home, and wasted an hour+ of my time. Wilson told me that I would have my flooring quote that Thursday (Aug 3) and the kitchen/bath remodel quote a couple of days after that. When I didn't get the flooring quote by that Friday (8/4), I called and was told that Wilson was "busy", and that he'd get it to me shortly. Here we are 3 weeks later, and I am still waiting to hear back. No one ever got back to me.

We just finished a major remodel. AAA Tile fabricated our kitchen and bath counter tops, provided the shower and floor tiles and most importantly, educated us on color, texture and a whole host of design considerations. Wilson P. is a champ! Every time somebody compliments our home, I say to myself, "Thanks Wilson."

The team from AAA Tile & Stone & Rancho Flooring, (Wilson, Jesus, Javier & Jose) are extremely professional. We contracted them to add new tiles to the shower. From the time Wilson came to do the estimate until the job was completed by Jesus, Javier & Jose, it was a really pleasurable experience. The team worked efficiently & effectively. They arrived on time, answered any questions we asked & finished ahead of schedule & the job turned out much better than we expected.

We now have a modern, gorgeous shower that compliments the marble floor. The cost was extremely fair, the workmanship was 5 star & the whole team was very personable & professional. When you expect excellent workmanship, great service & positive attitudes, HIRE THIS COMPANY! :)

10/18/12 Thursday morning OK, so our new Master Bathroom tile floor installation was just finished this morning, and it looks AMAZING! After shopping 10-12 tile vendor and installers, we happily chose AAA Tile and Stone, based on Wilson's expertise and very fair pricing. The installer, Tony, began work yesterday and finished about 15 minutes ago. He was always punctual, and very courteous in answering all our (pesky? dumb?) questions. Tony is a SUPERB craftsman.

He is very meticulous, making very complex corner cuts very precisely. He laid all the tiles perfectly, and then did a superb grout job. He was a very focused, energetic worker. We almost had to twist his arm to take a a few brief pauses to accept some iced tea throughout the day. He's like the Energizer Bunny, he just keeps going and going. Tony did great work, and a very thorough clean-up as well.

We are 100% delighted with the work that AAA Tile did, and found that working with Wilson and Tony was a very easy and pleasant process. I recommend them HIGHLY, and would never dream of using anyone else in Vegas in the future. Dean Herrington
