Dream Construction

Critical:Responsiveness called a few times needing an estimate for our bathtub/shower remodel for an insurance claim. No one called us back. I guess they don't need the money that bad.

I would like you to give me estimate on a house design how much would cost me to build it.

Ray, Cyndi, & Austin are the hook up, if you want something done right. They built us a beautiful casita and spa.

Called for an estimate twice, once on the morning of 8/21 and again on 8/22. Never got a call back and was told both times by the person answering the phone that an estimator would call me as soon as possible. It's now 8/26 and I'm forced to look for a contractor elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential customers I'm afraid of how I might be treated once I've already given them money!

Our project was done way ahead of what we originally planned, even after they discovered issues with our existing wall structure and fixed them! The project fit within our budget and was done very well.

Steve was my initial contact with the company, he was very nice and answered all of my many questions. He listened to all of our concerns and provided an itemized estimate so we could make the choices that fit within our budget. Austin was our project manager and he was also very nice and professional.

He was in touch with us very often and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. Our project was complete well before originally anticipated, even after unexpected issues with our existing wall structure were discovered (and fixed!) and we are extremely happy with the results! We certainly will recommend them to any friends that have construction/remodel needs!

We just wanted to take a moment and let all of you know how helpful one of our neighbors has been. Cyndi Huff with Dream Construction recently helped us with some repair work in our Coventry home. Her company was reasonably priced, professional, and honest through the process. Although we didn't know Cyndi before this event, she showed concern for us both as a customer and a neighbor.

Cyndi is a very dedicated woman! She strives for the best and she will do just about anything to get you what you need and turn it into something grand! Her work ethics and her time management are outstanding!

Dream Construction sent a representative to my home to look at the purposed room addition to my home, a 12 x 10 3rd bedroom addition 1st floor. I was advised that it was a simple enough job for the company to perform and I would receive an estimate in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks no estimate, after contacting the contractor Randy Anderson several times I was then advised they were just finishing up the details and would get back to me.

On October 31st I again contacted Randy who told me I should have an answer Monday Nov 3rd. On Tuesday Nov 4th I left a message still nothing and that I needed the Bid quote because I wanted to get started. I received a message the same day left on my phone with a lame excuse that " they were slammed with other work and would not be able to perform to meet my standards " No further excuse given.

This is a pathetic way do do business and totally unprofessional. But in the end it's their loss as I am going with another company I trust who have done work for me before. I should note: this is not a matter of credit as I am paying CASH $$$ for the addition and have NO MORTGAGE on this home.
