In 1957 A young man by the name of Clyde Reeve establishes a company to meet the needs of an emerging industry in South Florida. Air conditioning for the residential market suddenly made the sub tropical summers more enjoyable. Not only would the "snow birds" migrate for the winter. they would stay all year.
As with any new venture, there were the usual hardships. However, Clyde's "fair and reliable" reputation quickly spread. A short time later he met Bob Albea at a Philco service meeting, and they soon became partners.

Very professional and responsible. I coordinated an air conditioning replacement remotely with quotes for options that accommodated my needs. Reeve's team took the time to discuss the details so I could make the right decision. They were true to the quote and performed the job cleanly. This is my 2nd air conditioner bought thru Reeve. Had problem with my Friedrich wall unit. Called Reeve and techs came but needed to remove unit and bring it to the shop for repair. Spoke with Jose who assured me unit would be returned to me within 2 days. Jose kept his word and unit was repaired and returned. Jose returned calls promptly. Fees were reasonable and service was reliable. I recommend this company.

On 6/15/21, our AC wall unit would not blow cold air, on 6/16/21, Adonys and Xavier came to look at the unit. They promptly figured out the problem and fixed the unit with no wait time. Both men were professional, courteous and friendly. We are so happy to have a dependable company to call for any future repairs or installation services.

We purchased a Friedrich AC through-the-wall unit in NJ but received poor service from the company who sold us the unit & did a very poor installation job. Friedrich referred us to Reeve AC and they were willing and able to help us out with our problem, sending us the part that our serviceman neglected to use during installation. They went above & beyond for someone out of their area and we appreciate it! I highly recommend them!

About four years ago, I bought a wall unit to cool a large room. As the years went by, it cooled worse and worse until it got to the place where a portion of the unit was freezing up. I called Reeve, where I bought the original unit from, and they contacted the manufacturer and were able to get me a replacement under warranty. The only issue I had was that it took about 10 days from when I first called to when they finally came to install the new one, and I spent that time sweating my butt off.
To be fair, that wasn't under their control since they were dealing with the manufacturer. Adonis and his parter did a great job with the installation. Very polite and detail oriented. Knew what they were doing and very professional. Only thing l didn't like was that I still had to pay $250+ for the installation, even though the unit was under warranty. Still, I would recommend them and Adonis in particular!

Called and left VM at 8:00 am. Ricky, the service tech had made a service call and diagnosed the problem by 10:30 am. New unit will be installed this week. John is working out warranty details. Reeve is a little more expensive than the competition but their SERVICE is PRICELESS. They also replaced a different unit for me in 2020 with same great service! They have my business for as long as I need cold air!

This is the 2nd time I've had outstanding service from Reeve Air Conditioning, Inc. The technicians, Ricky and Eladio, were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem with the motherboard right away and came equipped with a new replacement. They were here less than an hour and now I have cool air! Thank you.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with every aspect of getting a hard to find new 6,000 BTU A/C unit to fit in the small through-the-wall space. The sales person, John was knowledgeable and patient, the item was in stock and was installed the next morning. The two installers, Frantz and Adonys did an excellent job getting the hole enlarged slightly for the sleeve to fit and patched the wall area so it was better looking than before, leaving the area spotlessly clean. Five stars to everyone involved! Thank you all.

I paid $3000 for 2 wall units that were guaranteed to not leak. reeve incorrectly measured the space for one of the units. Whenever it starts to get hot the unit leaks all over the floor. Last year when i had the unit only a few mos and it became hot it leaked all over. Reeve came, would not do anything until we paid $200 up front to clean it out. They were not helpful or polite

Terrible customer service! Canceled on me 2 different times, before finally coming out on the 3rd try. wouldnt even look at my A/C without prior payment, which I found ridiculous. Services should be paid for upon completion, in my opinion, not in advance. The woman answering the phones when I called to complain had a serious attitude and was rude beyond belief.
I felt really bad for the service tech who was super apologetic and clearly emberassed by everything. Ultimately I was told that if I didn't like their policies, I could find someone else to service my A/C, which is exactly what I did. I guess they didn't need the work. The only reason I didn't give them 1 * is because the service tech was so nice, and wasn't to blame for managements poor customer service.

The service staff in the office was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and also made us aware of a warranty on our thermostat. The service technician was prompt, thorough, and ordered the part immediately. He was able to install the new part quickly. We were extremely pleased with Reeve's service and we will definitely use them again AND recommend them to everyone we know.
