Been going to this Trane for a few years now, this is the most helpful one around especially Byron he is GREAT. Fast, efficient honest. Thank you for the great help now and many years to come!

Went next door to Goodman and they didn't even wanna talk to me before 730am. I came to Trane and Steve was welcoming me before they even open the doors. He had the order ready before open time and he gave me great quality service. Because of him will return again and again. Great service. Even the guys in the warehouse were welcoming me. Wow

Customers be warned! This company is a RIP OFF! I'm not surprised they have such horrible reviews. Honestly the worst AC service I have ever received. This company charged me 600 DOLLARS to change the thermostat, the control board and flush the drain which took the technician TWO SECONDS! He pumped the drain twice and boom he was done. I WAS CHARGED 300 DOLLARS FOR THE CONTROL BOARD WHICH I FOUND ONLINE FOR 48 DOLLARS.

It is discouraging companies like this take advantage of people. I think they felt it was easy to rip us off because it's only women at my house. The technician had a horrible attitude and I feel extremely ripped off. Might I add, the thermostat was working just fine. But the technician was stern on changing it. My thermostat was 2 years old. Ridiculous

The have the worst customer service in the world, they do not get the phone calls and once they get it hang up on you without even talk to you. Do not buy trane units.

My experience from calling Trane. You will dail and immediately be on hold for 10 minutes only for the guy to pick up and say "is it okay if i put you on hold?" Then grab a drink and a neck rest because you will be on hold for about another 20 minutes before they even think of talking to you. Then magically the phone call clicks, and rinse and repeat for the next two hours. One of the worse customer service i have experienced! Would not recommend!

Had to replace a fan motor ($1000) in the 5th year, and today i lost the compressor motor, year 6, never again will i buy this garbage. At least other brands parts are readily available and much cheaper. Also horrible costomer service.

I have been doing business here for years. I email kevin and he provides great service. everyone there is very helpful even though they are always very busy. Thank you for all your help!

Theres no option for zero stars otherwise that would be my choice. I made an appt with Miami Cooling to check my AC in my new condo that I moved into because my FPL bill was 3x what it should be and according to my bill breakdown it was the AC. Even though my AC was working and cooling just fine, I had it checked out bc I wasnt sure when the last tune up was.

When I made the appointment and requested just a regular check for the AC (and explained why i was having my AC checked) I believe the cost was going to be $50 approx.maybe even less. Well when the tech got here (i again explained my situation and reiterated that my AC works fine and cools just fine but my FPL breakdown states otherwise) he told me I needed a full cleaning of the coils ($400) and free-on added ($200 worth).

He said cleaning the coils would take a solid hour at least bc it was a process but it was sure to knock down my bill and fix my problem. I didnt notice the coils to be dirty and so he said he would take pictures and show me before and after. Well 30 min later he was done and when I asked for the pictures of before and after, of course he "forgot" to take them. Frustrated that he didnt show me the difference and suspicious that the process took less time and now Im stuck with a $600 bill. Im looking forward to see the change on my FPL bill.

Well fast forward to next month and bill is the same. After arguing with FPL to get someone out to check my meter (which I had been since moving in) they do and of course, my meter was hooked up to wrong unit! So my AC unit WAS in fact working just fine and when the FPL tech was here (as well as maintenance guy from my building) i told them about my appt with the AC guy and they both said by looking at my unit there is NO WAY he cleaned the coils in 30 min and that it should have taken a couple hours.

And they also said theres no way i needed anything and he should have told me so when looking at the unit. They further told me that its bad to clean coils often bc it eventually erodes them. So you def do not have that done unless you NEED it. Therefore, due to the dishonest advice I received and paid $600 for work that was not even done. I would never ever recommend Miami Cooling nor would I use them again. Which is too bad for them because I am in the process of buying a new AC unit for another condo and have 2 friends who need new ones as well. We will be going elsewhere!

24 hour service my a** this company has giving my gf the run around for the last 72 hours, they charged $675 to fix the AC. A technician went to check the condensing unit, fix the issue with the motor. He later came inside, checked the ac vents with some sort of machine, said it's working and left. 3 hours later, the AC still was not cooling.

This was 3 days ago! For the last 3 days they have said someone is in route, given a time frame of between 10am-2pm, and no one has shown up. Last night, a representative called to apologize at 9:30pm because a technician would not be showing up but someone will be out tomorrow between 10-2pm. It is now, 4:45pm, day 3, still NO TECHNICIAN! It seems this company does not handle warranty issues on the weekend which is very irresponsible. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Literally one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Failed to show up for two consecutive appointments. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your air conditioning needs.
