Both our units were not working properly. Was able to schedule a diagnostic almost immediately. Turns out both systems need to be replaced. They provided an estimate on the spot, as well as 18-months interest-free financing and.a 10-year warranty. New units scheduled for installation on the next business day, and Central Comfort should be able to get all the work done in a single day. Couldn't ask for more attentive service.

I've had bad experiences with AC companies in the past. I looked into this company and saw their positive reviews. They are wonderful. They answer the phone at all hours. They get to you as soon as possible. They make and keep appointments. Their work is professional and their expertise is so helpful. I called on a Saturday and the service technician was at my house in less than 1.5 hours. I needed a new install and the installation technician was at my house by 8:30am on the day scheduled. The service manager was knowledgeable and very accommodating. The pricing was competitive and reasonable.
